    I worked at a youth center a few years back. A group of maybe 8year olds were watching this on a huge tv. Maybe 15 kids. At the end when Daniel won, they erupted into a huge applause and we're cheering like crazy. It was so wholesome and awesome I'll never forget it..... Your the best, around...

    Just the fact that he jumped on him and said "I'm sorry Daniel I didn't mean it" showed that they weren't assholes just overshadowed with the power of Cobra Kai

      "Bobby" wasn't an asshole. He was the one who had reservations about everything they did, at the beach, the halloween assault, and the tournament. Dutch and Tommy were psychos and Johnny only showed a human side at the very end when he said to Daniel, "you're alright Lauruso. Good match."

      He also told Johnny in season two that it was because of the tournament that he founded faith and went his path. He urged Johnny to find forgiveness in his heart.

    • @MrBiscuit75
      @MrBiscuit75 Рік тому +4

      Absolutely! I watched this as a young kid and knew if there really was a good one of the group it was Bobby. Younger people watch Cobra kai show first and think Johnny was a better person at the time and he wasn't. Of course Johnny showed a little sportsmanship at the end congratulating and handing the trophy to Daniel but Johnny was a horrible bully no matter how you slice it. Johnny led the charge on basically everything bad that happened between Daniel and the cobras. But that being said the show that's on currently is a neat bit of revisionist history. Especially now that Johnny and Daniel have both gotten past their rivalry and grown as people.

      @TwilightxKnight13 7 місяців тому +1

      @@SuperWIDEgaming no it doesn't. Every possible move-counter move has been scripted. It is not a matter of being creative, it is a matter of recognizing the moves your opponent makes and their conventions and apply the correct counter-moves unless/until you can go on the offensive and dictate the tempo to see if your opponent can recognize your moves and counter-move correctly. It is also a matter of speed of recollection since in competitive chess there is a clock. So, you not only have to recognize the moves, but do so quickly.

But after that Daniel instigated fights several times at school. Even when they told the cobra kais not to touch Daniel, Daniel went out of his way to attempt to instigated a fight with then infront of Johnny's ex. I saw him as poking the Bear when the bear is behind a cage.

      If so then you'll understand that when someone attacks you and had gotten away with it, it's human behavior to want to have revenge and get even. Is it "instigating"? Yes, just like what he did at the school Halloween party when he drenched Johnny with the hose. But you need to understand, what Daniel was doing, was just trying to get even, not just for being beat up, but also for being humiliated in front of new strangers. And when Johnny humiliated Daniel, that's what cause Daniel to become an outcast at school. That's the entire reason behind Daniel's behavior in the original KK movie.

      That’s pretty much most great movies but the supporting actors are huge contributions as well. Johnny was the perfect all-American looking kid. Reese couldn’t have been cast any better. He was training instructor for the crew and was responsible for much of the choreography.

      @DamonNomad82 2 роки тому +1

      @@JiisTube I would say "the ease with which Daniel leads Johnny 2-zip" had more to do with Johnny's state of mind than Daniel's. Remember, everyone at the tournament thought that Johnny had already won the tournament, and they were about to hand him the trophy when Daniel came back out to fight. To suddenly have to go back and fight without warning for a trophy he was100% sure he had already won must have been a soul-crushing experience. Kreese's "sweep the leg" orders were what snapped Johnny out of his stupor and got him back into the fight.
