With the summer holidays almost over it is time to get everything ready for back to school.
I have kept some old uniform that still fits my son, why buy new until it's needed, I managed to get some school shoes for only £10 (link above) and other things my son needs for school
My son has packed lunches for school therefore I don't need to buy school dinners and I have tried to save money where I can with his school uniform. I would love to know your thought though, so leave me a comment.

Hi rachel. Im glad im not the only one who hasnt bought all new for this school year because last years clothes are still fitting. Ive had some looks from mums at the school when ive said hes still in last years clothes lol but i dont see the point as like you said they will grow soon so the money best spent then. Oscar has school dinners because he gets them for free and he loves them! If he didnt i would do pack up. X
Exactly I will buy him new uniform when he needs it and in the meantime will put the money aside ready. My son hates school dinners so it's always been a packed lunch xx
How kind is your mum racheal my mum did the same when my girls were young. I hope that i am in a position to help my girls out if they have children in tbe future. I am trying to sort out some suitable plans for my retirement whatever that will look like the future is so hard to plan for with the current economic climate. I think you did really well with what you bought px
Yes I really appreciate her helping me out with things like this it is not necessary but I still very grateful it's these little things that really matter. I agree it is hard to plan I have been looking at my retirement plan too I have a few ideas which I will do a video on soon as I think it is important.
