@@Donnythelatemodeltech They haven't told me they don't have my wheels, but it's been a month and they've sent me 2 incorrect sets, 1 with mounted tires. I ordered black JNC026 wheels and both times i've received machined wheels. Now they told me to hold tight while they're working to figure out why the wrong wheels are being sent to me.
I don't rely on websites anymore. Nowadays, I email them first to ask availability and then I'll tell them I'll make a purchase. Lesson learned for the downtime and playing tag.
Man I wish I had seen this video before I placed my order. I’m already on my third change order with FITMENT industries in an effort to get any wheels. It’s been 6 months since I placed my first order. Every time I reach out, about once a month I get another reason why it’s delayed. I even swapped out my wheels to something they told me they definitely had in stock and 2 months later I’m still waiting. I can’t even imagine going through that when I actually needed them rather than just wanted them.
Dam bro sorry to hear that. It sounds like we had the complete opposite experience, about a month ago I ordered wheels that were back ordered with no ETA, about a day later I got an email saying they were back in stock, now they’ll be here by tomorrow.
That's frickin' crazy 🤪. You would think a company as big as Fitment Industries would have live inventory tracking. Plus, the fact that YOU had to reach out to THEM to figure out the status of your order... leaving the customer "in the dark" has to be very frustrating, to say the least 😑.
They seem to show more backorder on their website now. Maybe they learned their lesson. I had to lie to discount tire and tell them i had a Ford GT350 just to get some 19 inch tires for my 06 mustang gt, stupid!
I ordered the same wheels through discount tire direct. They called me and said they had to special order from konig, asking if I was fine with waiting. Got delivered in a week lol.
I ordered from FI before seeing this video unfortunately. My wheels came damaged and five days later, I still don't have it resolved. They offered me $150 to keep them. My order was over $2800 and two wheels are chipped. Not just a minor chip, ugly and not something I want to keep. Good luck if you roll the dice with Fitment Industries.
I just ordered Some Rpf1s and let me tell you it’s been the same story . They originally said that 1 wheel was missing and now they’re telling me that the other three wheels they don’t have either now lol. Been about a month now just seems so unprofessional
Assuming it took at least a week or so from them boxing them and getting them at your house, would leaving the tire with that much extra pressure cause any damage to it in that time? Or would it be fine as long as you get it to the right pressure before putting them on the car?
