    The only way this trailer could be better is to have the washer/dryer in the kitchen pantry since theres already more than enough space. AND then have that split closet setup with the windshield and dresser up front. Perfection!

    Really like this unit. However, carpetless?? Then you can keep the vacuum system; my wife prefers her lighter, more versatile and mobile unit. Recover the power/hardware needed and have Keystone get creative with that space.

      Fair! Different rigs for different folks and uses! Does something like this "fit" a bit better for what you're seeking? ua-cam.com/video/aF5HXlq_690/v-deo.html&lc=Ugx-JUWtHpUMo1UogqB4AaABAg

    The roll up tray on the sinks has a clever idea behind it and exactly that problem that stops you from getting to the living room area when closed up.. the dining table. What if the actual dining table rolled up the wall and extends outwards for dining but rolls all the way back down the wall space? Like an awesome looking camping table or teak or something.

    Josh, picked up on your Jayco Eagle dual "Whisper Quiet" air in the 2021 models. Any other info about this and any other 2021 features to look forward to and as well as when they might be produced for purchase? Good to see you back in RV video reviews again!

      There are handful of updates we'll have covered as the new models roll in. The '21's are in production now, but this whole covid thing has production dates all messed up. Our orders have been pushed back *a lot*.

    Hi Josh, I was watching another channel, they have a 3121 Montana and it seems that the bedroom slide is not sealed. They have a 2018 and I was wondering if the factory has changed this practice and is now sealing the bedroom slide. It cased a leak and a lot of damage to their rig. They also spent 10 days in a repair shop parking lot. Montana ended up paying 2/3 of the cost, but it was surprising that this was a common practice not to seal that slide coming from the factory. Can you shed some light on this issue?
    Marc

    • @JoshtheRVNerd
      @JoshtheRVNerd  3 роки тому

      I cannot really offer comment without being able to see what you're saying. Montana doesn't build slides without seals, so either something was damaged or removed while the RV was out for display and not spotted quickly enough.
      In the business we call that "Lot Rot." Sometimes folks tug and pull on things causing damage. Then they just leave w/o saying anything.

    Does that table by any chance fold down so you could fold the whole thing down when not in use? Otherwise would it be available with a free standing dinette with no outside tv? Also is a dishwasher a option?

    • @JoshtheRVNerd
      @JoshtheRVNerd  4 роки тому +1

      The table does not fold as described, but you're the second person in the past two weeks to ask about that. Perhaps there's a growing demand there. I'll pass it along.
      Montana doesn't offer an RV dishwasher, but we've found we can usually find a way to integrate one into an RV's island. It just depends on the space available.

      I see this one done with a HD 3/4 regularly, though this is the only full "Montana" (vs. it's lighter sister the High Country) for which I would ever attempt it.

    Josh, Any word if the Super SolarFlex™ will be available for the 3120 and if it will eat up any of the passthru area?

    • @JoshtheRVNerd
      @JoshtheRVNerd  4 роки тому +1

      They would already be on the grounds, but Covid messed up production. You lose a chunk of passthru for those dragonfly batteries & some add'l hardware.

      richard kemna weight wise it can, pin weight maybe, depends, what is your payload, 15-20% will be pin weight, if it’s 13k unloaded, you are looking at 1950-2600 for your pin and that just pin weight, my f250 has a payload of 3410, so I know I can, but I have a bare bones, if you have an upper trim the lower the payload, something to consider, your hitch weight, some are as much as 350 pounds, there is a lot to consider, if 13k is a dry weight, then it’s more like 15-16k loaded, I would never pull this with a 3/4 ton srw if his weight figure is dry, 1 ton srw, maybe, this trailer is dually range. Just my opinion

      New arrival so sales management hasn't put figures on it yet. We'll update our site at www.haylettautoandrv.com/inventory/?keyword=3120rl once that happens.
      Built like this these usually go in the upper 50's. Also remember we don't tack the thousands of dollars of dealer fee nonsense that is so common in this business into our sale price.

    Argh, those theater seats. Why put the controls/USB plug pointing towards your leg? Most annoying setup in the world.

    • @JoshtheRVNerd
      @JoshtheRVNerd  4 роки тому

      You can't put them on the outside when half the theater seat is usually against a wall
      You can't put them on the top of the arm rest because people don't want to drop crumbs in the USB plug
      You can't put them on the front of the arm rest because people can't see what they're pressing
      Basically... it's the only place you can put them that can be sure to be accessed 100% of the time in any installation.

    • @RickHowell89
      @RickHowell89 4 роки тому

      @@JoshtheRVNerd I just don't like the idea of a USB plug poking into my leg, moving my leg and hitting a extend/retract button or one of the other setting buttons. I've sat in seats like that and my legs pin up against the sides.

    • @JoshtheRVNerd
      @JoshtheRVNerd  4 роки тому +1

      @@RickHowell89 I dislike that as well, but I understand how there's not really a better option available due to the way they have to use one sofa universally among all their models.
