Awesome, Thank you for the update. Also we wanted to know if its possible when we purchase our rv, could we replace the beding with different beds like Sleep Numbers or Serta (mainly for the main bed but not the bunks)?

he noted that there was a gap between the top of the shower moulding and the wall. Just needs a bead of caulk, but they don't do it! Can you as a tall guy, check it out for me on one of your stock units and confirm that if with the model year changes, they have fixed this?

Can I just say, I've watched TONS of RV videos and NONE of them have been quite so eloquently and hilariously described as your set of videos and another youtuber called BIG TRUCK BIG RV. Honestly Josh, you two combine 'down to earth' humor AND quality description much better than anyone else on youtube and I much appreciate it. Much better than the standard "bed, pull out couch, shower" descriptions I've heard. It is the SOLE reason I have subscribed. Keep up the good work. I feel like montana should do some travel trailers! Like just imagine all these nice bells and whistles and luxury, just in a travel trailer!
They used to years ago. Around 2010 I think the luxury FW brands like Montana, Designer, etc largely stopped building trailers as the market for an extreme high end trailer dwindled.
I think brands like Eagle have done a fantastic job of filling that role, however.
This Montana looks STUNNING!
Always loved the Montana! My wife and I are full timers and we’re in our 2nd Montana 5th wheel. 2018, 3950 BR and we love it. Wouldn’t have it any other way!

It’s about time they started putting big solar on campers. The little 50-100w panels are not good if you want to work remote from the back country or anything like that.
We have 600w on our 24ft camper. Can run the heater, coffee pot, TV, my laptop, etc. Our inverter overloads when we try to start the AC, but we carry our little inverter generator for the 3 days a summer that we HAVE to have AC.
Josh, I realize this video is a little bit older but man was that awesome! That solar package is beyond impressive! I would buy a Montana just to get that solar package. Everything else is obviously impressive as well but that solar just blows me away! I love all of the detail and explaining you do for this trailer!

One thing I haven't seen yet in your videos is the larger RVs like this Montana That arealso equipped with a drawer style Dishwasher. Some years ago at a RV show I saw them in the larger hi end RVs. Also saw a RV WITH A very large bath room that had a large tub and separate shower a couple were looking for that feature because the wife said she had to have a separate tub and low and behold she found one the floor space in that bathroom was like a small bedroom.
There's a few models where those really would be nice to have.

Beautiful designed RV, gets me how these RVs can have 6 to 7 kitchen drawers when I see in alot of single wide and even some double wide mobile homes have a maximum of 3 to 4 kitchen drawers.
Montanas are very good that way
Drawers are one of those things I seek in RVs all the time

This would be the perfect couple’s fifth wheel, if they would only offset the sink in the island to create more prep space. Outside of that, this one is super dialed in. A real beauty.
I also like offset sinks in the islands for the benefit of prep space. I think Montana did good as-is and was going for some nice visual symmetry between the island/microwave/oven/counters area

As a side-effect I have been told Rian sensors will, in fact, sense Rain as well. Crazy how that works!

Pretty much everything Ive ever wished for on an RV in on this. Id love this on the FK model with white cabinets. Are they offering white cabinetry on the 2021s?
The "Cottage White" woodwork option was added for "Late 2020" models and is available today

Thanks for now showing us what we have to purchase next.😉 We really appreciate how your videos are always amazing, informative, and so helpful giving peace of mind when making an RV purchase. We have a few questions for you as we look forward to purchasing a 3931FB in the months to come: how long does the process take ordering/receiving fully loaded and with Super Solar? If the third AC option is ordered, can the solar still run all three units off grid? When trading in and working across states, is it all handled at time of pickup?
*LEAD TIMES:* Vary based on production runs. Paint units take an extra couple of weeks. We don't order units like this hoping to get them quickly
*THIRD AC:* This is something that isn't likely needed in almost any case considering Montana already uses dual 15k Airs and have a great hot-climate package. Super Solar will not run all 3.
*TRADING:* I'm unclear on what you're asking. "Is it all handled at time of pickup?" --> Is *what* handled exactly? It's basically like trading in a car if that helps.
This rig is fabulous. Josh one question, when do you think Keystone will put a filtered water unit in the kitchen like Jaco has done? That would finish off this great rig perfectly. Love your reviews.

I think so many Montanas have a residential fridge with water dispenser they haven’t really seen it as a priority item
Now that is one heck of a solar setup! Looked up the prices for the components alone and they were around $9k total. Do you have a price for the super solar upgrade option? Montana doesnt list it on their website. Also i see it isnt able to be optioned with a onboard generator due to the electrical system, but would it work with a inverter generator like a 3500W unit to help charge the system and run the RV in limited fashion in low light conditions?
An easy solution here is to get a generator that allows you to simply plug the RV's shore power cord in directly.

Larger 12v fridges literally didn't exist for RVs when this footage was recorded. Furrion/Everchill are only JUST NOW sending 16cu ft testing units to Keystone/Jayco for potential adoption later this year

Outstanding video as always and the most beautiful exterior I have ever seen. However....with all the 5-star features, why does Jaboni use the cheap low efficient polycrystalline solar panels instead of the high efficient monocrystalline? It's like putting Chinese tires on a Lamborghini.
Solar seems to be one of those topics like meatloaf or chili - everyone seems to have a way to do it better.
I will openly admit I do not know enough about it to field your question intelligently. I hope you can at least respect that much of this reply. It's something I need to learn (and WANT to learn), but simply haven't YET had the time to do so.

Every truck/trailer/hitch combo is like a thumb print -- it varies a bit. I would make sure our service team was involved here to before completing a purchase to make sure you're good to go and/or recommend a specialty hitch to get the job done.

Very few RVs actually have a whole-house filtration system.
personally I always employ an exterior filter to prevent particulate from ever getting into my water system in the first place

Wow, I think that's the one I want. The only thing I didn't like was the dark furniture. It looked to dark inside.
They have an alternate woodwork called "Cottage White" that's very in-line with the modern farmhouse stuff. Helps brighten things up a bunch

I have a Keystone, Hickory 3000K Rear Kitchen and love the two slides, not into 3 but may consider as its important to me I can get into the coaching front to back in some shape as I travel by myself and stop places and don't want to take up too much space. Been doing this since I have been 18 yrs old now 71. So I like the new idea 3 slides and can still get through the unit. I would consider trading in my 2012 Montana Hickory series, Not looking for anything over 35 ft for ease of parking just about anywhere and getting in and out of any service station. hooked to my 1998 F350 Dually show truck it pulls really great and sounds like 13,800 lbs compare to mine at 17,900 empty weight. Hope its better insulated but still love the units. How I can attach pictures how much do you think in pretty excellent condition all decals are still on it and wash and wax it min of 2 times a year or more. so everything works, new ties, new fridge, new awing, just washed last week and waxed. How much could I get a trade for the new one u are talking about.

The specific RV shown here was *just* purchased, but we can obviously get others. I think we have another similar loaded 3120RL coming in (I think with the 300w solar + generator)
Regarding running A/C in motion... I suppose theoretically you could but I'm not sure if there's any safety reasons to avoid doing so... I'd have to check on that a bit.
