We have the 3711FL. I love the regular pantry. What I don't care for in the 3763BP is that in order to use the bathroom, you have to walk through the bedroom. Would be awkward to do so if guests are staying or just having visitors.
I would have my crock pot, blender, and stand mixer it that pantry. When I first seen it, 1st thought was coffee bar until you came out and I got a glance of the little bar on the wall separating the upstairs. Very nice layout.
Me, too. I would put my Kitchenaid and Vitamix and rice cooker in there. There seems to be plenty of room to also put larger electronic kitchen gadgets inside the cabinets so you can take them but keep the ones you’re not using a lot out of sight. That leaves plenty of room for my Breville toaster oven and coffee gear in the kitchen! I actually have a T@B teardrop and my configuration (the CS-S with a rear galley) actually has has an amazing amount of storage and the only thing I really want/miss on the road is my Breville. Maybe I’ll get a smaller one for the road. 😉
My pantry is not a butler pantry, but I love, love, love, the deep, pullout shelves. We have a 2003, Monte Vista front bedroom. The floor plan is my very favorite. We replaced our Nordic fridge with a residential fridge. I love my kitchen “U-shaped kitchen island. In this Montana I do like the double sinks in the kitchen.
That butler pantry counter is perfect for putting appliances one uses often that plugs in like a blender, rice cooker, coffee machine, etc. Those are the things that sit on my kitchen counter so they're easy to access. I think that's a great idea because one of the things I think would be a pain when living full-time in an RV/camper/van is having to take out, set up, and put away any appliances that you use; can't leave them out since 3 things equal clutter in a small space.
These are changes I would be interested in. 1. Twin beds in place of King or Queen. 2. Remove side windows from slide outs. 3. Bathroom with stackable washer/dryer.$. compact, half size dish washer5. choice in color of LR furniture. I'm looking to sale home and live in RV full time and hire someone to move it for me 2-3 X a year. Thank you for your time. Great presentation.
In the butler pantry maybe a coffee maker thats a maybe but definitely a charger for dust busters or cleaners that need to be charged bread maker crock pot ANYTHING going that doesnt need to be seen. Great rv!!!

Use the Rear pass through storage for a SLIDE-OUT 6 foot long Stainless Steel Counter with pull down legs with a built-in BBQ grill AND at least a 2 burner stove (4 burner even better!) --- I would also add on a second slideout counter that has more counter top space AND a DEEP but collapsible dual-sink (i.e. made of HEAVY DUTY replaceable and flexible silicone rubber that has a LARGE bottom hard plastic connector drain to a grey water tank). The stainless steel long-flexible-hose faucet could be on a tilt / swivel mechanism that you pull OUT of the countertop from a horizontal to a vertical position. NOW we have a perfect 5th Wheel !!!! V
AND add a large 8 quart to 16 quart Instapot-style pressure cooker AND a larger Toaster Oven. Are there MULTIPLE electrical plugs in there to allow for that? V
We love this layout compared to the hundreds of others we looked at. I do have one question though. The interior width of the living room slides? We would have to remove a couch for hubby's sim-racing-rig. Even with his junk in the living area i think it would be far more comfortable, and feel more like home than any mid-bunk we looked at.

This RV was done right!! My favorite floor plan. The only changes I would opt for is 1 sink in the bathroom and a larger shower in its place, I’d rather a small cute booth and a couple cabinets or storage type areas in the kitchen and bedroom. Example...a spice rack or small shelf over the oven.
Man i love this. Our trailer has the fireplace, pantry, stove and fridge (little trailer one not full size) all on the same tip out and it is soooooo much weight. The butler pantry is a waste of space though. Keep the shelving but just open it up and not make a closet out of it with a long countertop.
I think trailers over 34’ or so should have the 8 thousand pound axles, if nothing else for the 3” brakes. Wife loves the new oven/stoves in these trailers.
I'd rather have a half bath for guests but nice that they offer it as an option. The insignia 4 burner stoves with the huge ovens, in the keystones are so nice. I didn't see a fresh water source for the ice maker ? They Jaycos also offer a fresh water supply and pump for the 5 gallon refillable jug, under the unit. Could use more improvements to keep up with the competition.
I would prefer the laundry stacked in the butler pantry to give more closet space I master closet. The countertop area in the pantry would be handy for running a crockpot, an instapot or a stand mixer. Nice rig!

I would swap the bedroom and bathroom locations, I mean if you have guests they have to through your bedroom. Also turn that butlers pantry into a half bath or laundry/storage.
Beautiful and excellent job with the walk through. How hard is it to get a generator placed and wired in this unit.. we are looking at different types of RV’s and so far my wife LOVES this one. Better than the class “A” ones we have looked at.
Best way to distribute heat. 14" x 3" duct in the center of the trailer. When you reduce to 3" hoses that curve and bend through walls and cabinets you drastically lose air flow and proper distribution. Which leads to hot/cold spots
I like the set up, however I don’t like the walk in pantry, wasted space, maybe a 1/2 bathroom instead? Guests have to go thru your bedroom to use the bathroom.
Or instead of the washer/dryer in the bedroom where you have trip over the bed, maybe have them in that big pantry space. Also should put the sink in the side counter instead of the island. And have the island movable so less cramped for larger people moving through the kitchen...

Would love a second bathroom. Would love living room furniture that looked more homey. We live full time in Arizona. Would love for more insulation in walls and wherever else it would be needed to keep utilities bill down. In summer of 2020 we paid $460.00 this was our highest bill. We have 2 air conditioners. Love the residential refrigerator. Would like a regular oven to cook in. Need more counter space. Need a place to hide garbage can. Would love lighter cabinets and also places to hang pictures etc. I know that is a lot of things . Lol The vents on the floor need to be placed somewhere else instead of middle of living room floor and right in front of oven.
Sound like you want a DRV which is twice, sometimes triple the money and half the quality. Lol (I sold drv until this fall of 2020) sorry man an rv will always be an rv. They always require mods to fit a guys needs

I would have liked the Butler pantry to have cabinets go all the way to ceiling on both sides cause why not😉 Also would love to see a coat closet somewhere in main living areas. I think this is a great floor plan. I like it a lot. I've always wondered, instead of halving the half bath or the butler's pantry in that location, why not take it out and make the kitchen even bigger? Or, why not make a wall of cabinets right there? The butler's pantry looks really cool, but the space is still severely under utilized.
Would the factory be able to move the washer dryer prep into the pantry. Maybe take the cabinet on the outside wall out and put a stackable there. We have been looking at this model for a awhile. Would like to have full use of the whole closet instead of putting washer in there.
All it would take it flipping the plumbing from the closet wall to the pantry wall. I would remove the cabinet myself and cut the hole for the drier vent.
Montana. Oh Montana. You tease me only to disappoint me. Heat vents in the worst locations right in the floor. No wide body. Second rate running gear. Then you do some big things right. Amazing bathroom. Awesome closet. Sweeper vacuum. But the foundations are wrong for the more discerning buyer. Montana, you’re so close- but so far away.
Butler's pantry but no bathroom for the Bulter :) I like the 1/2 bath option... LOVE all the room in the "under garage"... I have lake property where I currently have a travel trailer and it would be nice to have a safe place to store my kayaks when we are not there.... The raised front living room and rear bedroom is my "dream"
Nice unit, although I think it deserves to be displayed via a regular lens camera. Those wide-angle cameras always make them look bigger than they truly are. Montanas are nice enough already; and will look great without the camera tricks. And yes, I'm aware that wide-angle lenses help get more into the frame, but that's more of a marketing concern, in my opinion. As a prospective customer, I prefer the Jerry Maguire _"show me the money"_ angle. 😁
Honestly Montana needs to make a external access to the back of the refrigerator so you can change the filters and service the water lines. Other than that it is a nice fifth wheel just wouldn't work for my families needs or wants
That counter space in the Butler Pantry is looks perfect for a crock pot! Or an Air Fryer or any larger appliance. But it should be the half bath... just sayin'

I would have my blender back there in the butler pantry. Room to make my shakes and I can shut the door so the noise isn’t as load.
I would like to see a U shaped pantry with lower cabinets with a counter and upper cabinets.

Very easy to add a generator at the factory or aftermarket if prepped. The Montana is built to equip a 5500 Onan generator

They should’ve had the doors all open toward the wall. Carrying items in and out is tight, then to open toward you makes i5 even more difficult.

I've never heard of a manufacturer making a custom floor plan for a customer. Not at this price level.
All it would take it flipping the plumbing from the closet wall to the pantry wall. I would remove the cabinet myself and cut the hole for the drier vent.
Had to remove the cabinet doors in my bathroom in my open range to accommodate my splendide washer combo
The factory does not allow for modifications unfortunately

Montana. Oh Montana. You tease me only to disappoint me. Heat vents in the worst locations right in the floor. No wide body. Second rate running gear. Then you do some big things right. Amazing bathroom. Awesome closet. Sweeper vacuum. But the foundations are wrong for the more discerning buyer. Montana, you’re so close- but so far away.
Butler's pantry but no bathroom for the Bulter :) I like the 1/2 bath option... LOVE all the room in the "under garage"... I have lake property where I currently have a travel trailer and it would be nice to have a safe place to store my kayaks when we are not there.... The raised front living room and rear bedroom is my "dream"
Nice unit, although I think it deserves to be displayed via a regular lens camera. Those wide-angle cameras always make them look bigger than they truly are. Montanas are nice enough already; and will look great without the camera tricks.
And yes, I'm aware that wide-angle lenses help get more into the frame, but that's more of a marketing concern, in my opinion. As a prospective customer, I prefer the Jerry Maguire _"show me the money"_ angle. 😁
Honestly Montana needs to make a external access to the back of the refrigerator so you can change the filters and service the water lines. Other than that it is a nice fifth wheel just wouldn't work for my families needs or wants

That counter space in the Butler Pantry is looks perfect for a crock pot! Or an Air Fryer or any larger appliance. But it should be the half bath... just sayin'

Very nice. That device that makes cold water hot is a water heater, not a “hot” water heater. Nobody heats hot water. Lol
