As with everything in manufacturing there is a tolerance verses clearance . What is the tolerance for the desired position of the ogive, and what is the desired clearance to be achieved? My Remington 700 bdl .223 loves Winchester .223 45 gr hollow point 2232. The same round in my howa MAYBE in a 6” circle. Trying to find what my gun likes aside from what I like or my friends say they like, my gun will always tell me what IT likes without any B. S. Everyday at my local range. I guess what I am asking is for numbers. I want hard data.
