I found Bruce Payne's diabolical Charles Rene to be the best part of this film. Don't get me wrong Wesley Snipes was awesome too but Payne owned it here. I mean just seeing how Rane always kept his calm and always had a back-up plan. He's definitely one of the best action film villains.
@@manuelhernandez589 He had some moments of brilliance in Endgame -- when he came in after the Donnie Yen fight, and yeah in the graveyard -- but he seemed to be sleepwalking a bit through the role, even though he had the juciest parts to work with in that gosh awful film.
It would have been a halfway decent role for wesley if he hadn't said. "Always bet on black". It was a super cheesy line and the delivery wasn't good either. From that point on I couldn't really take the movie seriously.
This movie is easily one of the most classic movies of all-time. What a classic rivalry Charles Rene and John Cutter had with each other. He was an excellent and very intelligent villian. He really did an excellent job of playing his part. Wesley Snipes was excellent, the stewedarres was really good to.
Payne is gorgeous everywhere and always. He can pull out even the worst film, because is the professional of the highest level, loving and knowing what he does. And of course he is a stunningly handsome man at any age.
EuroTrasho Productions Yes, yes, right up there with The Long Kiss Goodnight, Cobra, and Commando. Wesley Snipes has some sharp moves in this. Remember when he breaks outta the jail and commandeers that police bike with that smooth jazz score in the background?!
+Baby Mammoth34 Hahah yeah but the best thing for me is when he starts the nut kicking. Notice at first when he lay hi first deadly fist upon Charles. Charles seem to not show any kind of agony. Like he is transgender or something, I like those hidden little messages in these movies. Oh and the slick jazz tunes was so fucking cult for this flick. Makes me want to go out on the streets with a 90's shirt tucked in my bleached jeans and glasses with slim frames and an UZI to back it up lol.
Jesus Saves I enjoyed it too, but it was a terrible film...I enjoyed Payne's performance "Let me explain the situation...I just spent the last 36 hours drinking smack, snorting whiskey and shooting up cocaine and Visa is on my ass because my shitty day job isnt paying the bills...Now where are the guns?" It was a Steven Segal film without Steven XD
I don't understand why they never approached Bruce Payne to play Pinhead after Doug Bradley left the role. I think he would've been a great Pinhead. Plus, everyone would actually start giving a damn about the new Hellraiser films knowing that a great actor would be playing the iconic villain.
I think Benedict Cumberbatch may have based his portrayal of Khan in Star Trek on Rane. I see a lot of similarities with their methodical speech and personalities.
Payne played the villian role so well that he stoodout from other actors. In overall I consider the movie a crap but that dont undermine the fact that Payne performed a better acting role than other did in the movie.
He reminded me of Heath Ledger playing the joker he always seem to keep his kool even when Wesley was roughing his ass up 😂 just like when Batman was beating Heath up in that interrogation room and he was just laughing 😂
I'm more than ready for GTA V, not to mention Saints Row IV. But you would think that somebody would have heard the shots or noticed him attacking the agents.
I like the villain more than the stupid clueless hero. How many agree here. Though the villain has to lose but the entire film was based on him. Whereas the hero, who cares ..
He is one of the best movie villains I have ever seen and I have seen a lot of movies.
I love this villain
Sexy

I don’t understand why he was good here, but not in Highlander: Endgame or Dungeons and Dragons
Mmmm for me he wasn't too bad in Highlander Endgame. The sanctuary scene was good.
I understand you. A good protagonist always needs a good villain

"Those are your emotions acting without the benefit of intellect." Rane totally owned Cutter with that line. 👍🏼
LOL That don't mean shit 😂
That line hit so hard tho 😂
"Those are youre emotions acting without the benefit of intellect." Unfortunately that speaks for most people today.
villains are always fun to play! Bruce payne did a great job in this film!
That guys eyes ooze villain , very underated actor though
Brother Mullakai Yes he is. For me Passenger 57 is his best role to date.
+Brother Mullakai Agreed. Just like Tim Curry. Great actor, underated.
Who's better him or die hard villain the first movie

He was also pretty good in One Man's Justice.

love payne here. fans need to watch him as Savak in one man's justice. he is even better 👑🙏
"Always bet on Black."
What a line.
Neonecron it's racist
Neonecron i always find that line ambiguous bc i still don't know what he really meant.
Loved it!!
@@sebastianmangelsdorf6222 Wesley Snipes is black
@@Ant-speakingfactsBlack always wins. Wesley is black.
bruce payne kicks ass in this movie!! plus i love his englsh accent !!
i'm surprised Bruce Payne hasn't starred in more bad ass movies, he is an excellent villainous actor
Payne is brilliant in this movie . .
LeeHoxtonI he is a very gorgeous man and sexy with his creamy skin, curly blond hair, and Crystal blue eyes
Wesley Snipes kicked ass in this movie
Best performance. He was deserved the Oscar. :(.
For a shitty over cliche action movie. LMFAO. You people are freaking delusional.
"Charlies Raine is not Insane!"
LMFAO that was funny man
That scene is so funny 😂😂😂
Bruce Payne, Payne to the Bruce!!!
The scene at 5 mins is sheer class Payne made this movie for me check him out as Jacob Kell in Highlander:Endgame
He was actually better in the Warlock series than he was in Endgame, but he was one of the few decent parts about Endgame, alongside Donnie Yen.
How can you not love a bad guy who wants to play with kids? Iceman, coolman whatever. 😂🤣😁
FUCKING AWESOME VILLAIN. JUST FUCKING AWESOME.
2:01 Drop the fuckeeing gun!
That "always bet on black" line is straight fire. And I'm as white as a polar bear.
I love passenger 57, my favorite actor is in this movie. ❤😊
i love his movies, especially this one. I miss the 90s.
Best guilty pleasure flick ever!

Backyard Pix yes I feel guilty pleasuring myself to this flick 😂😂😂
I had a huge crush on that beautiful woman who helped Wesley Snipes in the movie. I forgot about Passenger 57 until I found this clip
I'm english and have grown up around that accent but I still agree that his accent is ACCEPTIONALLY sexy XD
These martial arts movies were the rage in 90s
Rayne is the ultimate Villain
Then you need to watch One Mans Justice where Bruce Payne gets even better as Karl Savak.
Payne
terrible film, but you are right
***** it was a silly film but I enjoyed the film. Sometimes silly is better !
Jesus Saves I enjoyed it too, but it was a terrible film...I enjoyed Payne's performance

The actor who played the police chief was Blake Lively's father Ernie.

I like him the guy looked like a bad-ass criminal
Bruce payne is handsome as f.😍
I went to a casino and hit the roulette table. I bet on black and lost all my got damn money lol. Fuckin Wesley Snipes 😂
i think every plane should have a karate expert :P
i saw it in a theater
@ 2:13 CUE THE JUNGLE MUSIC! LOL
Charles is in charge.

The man is not playing.
In an alternate universe, Blade was Passenger 57 instead of John Cutter.
He reminded me of Heath Ledger playing the joker he always seem to keep his kool even when Wesley was roughing his ass up 😂 just like when Batman was beating Heath up in that interrogation room and he was just laughing 😂
The little kid's reaction when he sees the handcuffs!!!
The OG Darkness
2:36-2:43 and 5:08-5:16 hysterical stuff. Thanks for posting this fly escapist thriller, boss!
''ahh, ahhh,,AHHHHH'' Gotta go gotta go'' funny shitttt
*"There shall be no payne"* - Charlies Raine
Брюс - само совершенство. спасибо за видео
Charles Rane really reminds me of Shawn Roberts' portrayal of Albert Wesker
Describes him perfectly:-)
Always bet on Black
more than bad-ass, it is a one with class, style...
The villain would've made a great live action Liquid Snake
That’s exactly who he reminded me of. I wonder if hideo kojima got inspiration for liquid from him.
Thanks, my only question now is how he took out 2 highly trained FBI Snipers
Nice movie
the one cutter fights down in the gally
Ok, bro? :)
Charles Rane is NOT insane! LOL.
Skill Sessions yeah he's just Insane....ly sexy
Has any one posted the full movie - Passenger 57?
@reciprocalification Oh yeah I forgot about that bit! lol! Good call out!
WHO WAS THE CURLY HAIRED GUY ON PASSENGER 57 THAT CUTTER TOOK DOWN FIRST???????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Chief Biggs is actress Blake Lively's Dad
3:42 The chief is Blake Lively's dad.
CHECK AND MATE!
movie was too short but fantastic in the same respect, “always bet on black”!!!
Charles Rane sounds like Sheldon Cooper
i'm confused. Is Vincent the curly haired one that Cutter was using as a human shield, or the one that he fights with down in galley
sanfierro78 Vincent is the bald headed one cutter took down in the lower Gally
he took cover on the roof of a building
Smart villain
Where were those Marshalls at 9/11?
Hehe😜
Bruce was an episode of Agatha Christie he did not play a villan
Poirot ?
Always bet on black!
God i love this film

I get serious Sideshow Bob vibes from this villain.

Mofo's name is legit BRUCE PAYNE
Always bet on black!!
Blade vs Loki
Nope!
I'm more than ready for GTA V, not to mention Saints Row IV. But you would think that somebody would have heard the shots or noticed him attacking the agents.
Matthew McConaughey!
And Micheal Jackson 😄
Blade vs batman
2:28 I like that move.
lol drop the fucking gun or your fried dies...Mr. Cutter lol!!
Jesus Christ, he looks like Andrew Breitbart!
5:46 is he saying "You're used to being taken advantage of" because he's black?
***** You got a point. Fucking English...
Yea. He was referring to his ancestors who were Slaves as well as being a minority I.e blacks, Hispanics in America
According to this movie, Bruce Payne is an "aristocratic terrorist".
I have no idea what the *%@! that means
Sophisticated British Aristocrat = comes from money & status.
are you ready for gta v
Always bet on BLACK
me gustaría que pusieran la película completa
The black air stewardess looks like Micheal Jackson with a wig....just saying
Because of this film I'll bet on black at least 7 out of 10 times.
Charles Rayne > Hans Gubler (Die Hard) xD
He is kinda like Kevin Spacey
I like the villain more than the stupid clueless hero. How many agree here. Though the villain has to lose but the entire film was based on him. Whereas the hero, who cares ..
Always bet on black....Cheeessseee!!
BE MARIAM SEM NETEFE WETIN.
