I can't wait to get this blade. I heard about Tristan Walker on a podcast called How I built this and I only wish I got this product when it first hit the market.
I just had my wife get me this for father's day 2019 because I kept rearching online what I could use to get rid of these razor bumps. I am a light skin black man and my razor bumps really stand out because they are always read and big. I kept seeing this product online and on my Instagram and also I kept seeing on youtube brothers talking about black men should not use multi blade razors and that's what I have been using for years. I must say this is my second week and I can already feel a difference in my skin softer and smoother after I shave. This kit also has made me take more time shaving instead of rushing thru like I would with disposable multi blades. I love it so far. If it clears up the bumps I'll never use a multi blade again. hey, I have a question for you. did you have any hyperpigmentation (discoloration) of the shaved area? that's my issue but can't find anyone on UA-cam reporting that problem prior to using the Bevel system
@@cwinn414 no I did not experience and discoloration from the Bevel razor. I had discoloration prior to using the Bevel Blade. My skin was dark from the other razors I was using. After using the Bevel, the darkness went away. Are you experiencing any type of irritation as well? Also, are you moisturizing the shaved area after you shave?

Thanks man. That's awesome. They got them back in my Target as well, so I'm happy I can re-up on blades and oil in the store. I also have being using the after-shave. It is a great product as well. Smells great and gives you an instant cooling sensation and you don't have to use much of it.
Good video.I purchased the Edwin jagger e89l but sent it back because this was a much better razor for beginners that have issue's with razor bumps.
At $50, the Bevel is a great entry-level DE razor, similar to the Merkur 34c and the Edwin Jagger DE89. You can even find the older Gillette Super Speeds/NEW for cheaper out on eBay. DE razors in general are great for AA skin as you won't slice the hair follicle under the skin causing bumps.
If you don't like alcohol aftershaves, witch hazel does the same thing and doesn't dry your face out. But it is still an astringent and disinfectant. These were popular way back in the day when a cut could get infected and you could die lmao

Great video. I’m looking for a new razor. I always keep a clean shave but sometimes I want to grow a beard. And when I attempt to grow beard and the hair is really itchy. I don’t know if it’s the razor I’m using in the way I’m shaving. Don’t know if you have any tips?
I grow a full beard once a year and hold it for a few moths. With that said, I go through an itchy stage every time. I've found that keeping my skin moisturized helps the most. Once it gets to a certain point, the itchy-ness stops. In my own experience - keeping your skin moisturized, beard moisturized, and beard brushed/combed are key.

@@luisvelazquez2442 sorry Bro...I missed this question. Check out www.angiewatts.com/ - I use her products and they are great (tell her the Bearded One sent you...LOL) Also, Bevel Beard Balm works well on the bearded areas.
I no this video is old thank u I got the razor I Been using it for two weeks and change everything normal reza bones but the product is still too expensive I have to use up the shaving cream I shave three times a week and a little tube from target do not last thank you
I agree the in regards to the shaving cream. It is too expensive. I use Aveeno [ www.aveeno.com/products/therapeutic-shave-gel ] It lasts super long and it has a great lather. So basically, I just use the Priming Oil and the Restoring Balm (and the blades of course). They usually last me close to a month.
eBay is a great place to get more Bevel products for the low brotha.

What's up man... I am not bald and have not used on my head. However, my Wife has jacked me for my blade a few times and said it's the best shave she has ever had.
