Hi I just stumbled upon your walking weights workout and they are truly amazing,anyone can literally do them either with heavy or low set of weights and be rest assured they got a good burn...please bring more of these walking and toning workouts 💪

And even without weights the workouts are very good. Almost going on holiday with ✈️, but i will go through with workouts, because i like it and belongs to my lifestyle. Kettlebells stay at home. But with my body only i can do so much!! Mini band i take with me

I set my Samsung Watch 4 to general workout mode and burned 275 calories... I used a 10Lb kettlebell and chise low impact... Awesome workout.... Workout #1 down 😊
Thanks so much for sharing! I don't know what happened to my Xiaomi miband5. After the first round I had 62 calories on the Amazfit5 and 15 calories on the Miband5... It's never happened before. I did wear my bands on the inside of my arms, so I wouldn't damage them while using the kettlebell. Maybe that was it...
@@BurpeeGirlLiss hmm that's wierd... mine always gets banged up but I would think if ur moving ur arm around it would still add calories or steps... these watches have a mind of their own...

Jm tjr autant vos séances 👍👍 Je remplace la marche ou les sautillements par d jumping-jack. Ce qui fait qu'entre chaque exercice, je fais 34 jumping-jack, par 6 fois soit 204/tour. Ce qui donne un total de 816 sur la totalité d rounds. Autant dire k la fin de la séance je suis ko 😂👍👌
