I just started watching your videos and just wanted to tell you not to listen to all of the rude people commenting. I'm sorry you have to read such horrible comments! You are allowed cheat days even on a strict diet, and from what I see, you don't need to worry about that. Eat what you want! As for spinach and thyroid, don't worry about that... mine was removed in 2009, and spinach is absolutely fine! As for the rest of you, it is bulimia and it means you eat what you want and then throw up. If she had that issue, do you really think she would've shown it in a video for people to judge her? I don't know why you move to Japan. Maybe a big dream a new life. Now I'm older I regret not moving to japan and try to live the life I want. So you're strong and stay positive, cause this is the right choice. Future will be easier and happier. I love your videos
I LOVE baby spinach!
I also add spinach & veggies to scrambled eggs but only use one whole egg & then add organic eggwhites (from Whole Foods) to keep the cholesterol count lower. But then, I am much older & trying to keep myself healthier. Good video!

After a healthy, hearty breakfast, that ice cream binge was epic! 😂 I like ice cream too - as dessert. That much would be a meal for me. Wish we had that much choice of flavors in the USA.

Hi Lou. Just rewatching some of your older videos....... Oh to be young and slim like you. Your appetite totally amazes me. I think you must have hollow legs😂.....I couldn't eat anywhere near that amount now, but I am 66. When was younger, I had hollow legs too, and could eat all day without worrying about weight. It's lovely to see someone enjoy the yumminess of good food. Long may it continue. 😊💞
