D-Day Military vehicles departing Sainte Mere Eglise June 8th 2013

At 1600 a convoy of all the Military Vehicles that were on show in Sainte Mere Eglise Normandy departed to form a convoy to Isigny Sur Mer , to join up with other convoys from around the area. 69th D-Day celebrations to make around 80 vehicles in the town.

I will be visiting on the 2nd of April and can not wait. We are going to follow it up with a trip to the American military Cemetery near Omaha Beach.

To be honest , its very hard to recommend any places to go , there's so much to see and do , just a bit of research will turn up all sorts of things.
Main places : Sainte Mere Eglise , Point Du Hoc , The Beaches.
