For everyone out there thinking self care is complicated, its doesnt have to be about exfoliating, taking vitamins, etc. Small steps, even getting out of your bed and drinking some water is self care! Its about the small accomplishments too

    - put them out off the fridge while you start boiling water, gives them a moment to get warm
    - put in bubbly bowling water
    - cook 5.30 min. to get them nice and soft
    - cool immediately after taking the eggs out of the hot water

Hey Anna, the tip for the eggs - when they are boiled, just crack them and put them in a bowl with cold water. The water will get inside between the shell and the egg white :) then it should be way easier to peel them.

Your videos are a great way to start a relaxing Sunday!! Love this vlog your sense of humor makes me laugh so hard! Egg peeling tip… run the egg under some cold water for a few seconds just enough to cool the shell it usually help it peel right off. To me self care can mean different things but it always usually listening to my mind and body and giving it what’re it needs to feel at ease and to remind myself I love me.

For me, self care isn’t about anything external, but rather internal. Its about stripping the unnecessary and getting to the basics. Healthy mind in a healthy body. It’s about listening to my inner voice and being true to it. It’s about taking care of my body, but in a soft way.

  • @hyperfixations_are_a_thing

When you peel egg and it is hard to do so, it is mean that egg is quite fresh (yesterday or today collected). In case it peel easy, it means that it lay somewere couple days. The solution for myself I have found, just keep eggs in a friegde for couple days and than boil them, or choose the eggs for boiling that laying in the freidge for couple days. Sorry for repeating the same couple times. Hope it will help.

Hi, I’ve just come here to say that I love your videos and I have a few hacks. For the perfect soft boiled eggs put the eggs in when the water starts boiling and then put on a timer for 6 minutes, they turn out perfect. If you want an egg that’s easy to peel, before you put them in to the water tap the egg softly with a spoon until you hear a crack. Hope this helps❤

4:04 Yes Anna, there is one hack that makes the peeling of egg so much easier. It works for me 95% of time. You must put the eggs into a boiling water, that heat shock makes the liquid inside shrink instantly and so separate from that inner membrane, which is between the shell and the liquid part, after boiling to your liking, there must come another temperature shock, this time with ice cold water. I take them off the heat, pour out the hot water they were boiling in, then throw in some ice cubes into the pot and quickly run cold water over them and leave them in that icy water to cool thoroughly.....BTW, the result of how well your egg is boiled also depends on the size. So you must adjust the time to the size of the egg. Simply because smaller ones will be soft boiled faster. You must play with it. Have fun! 😉

Hi @annaengelschall to get peels easily out of eggs do add small spoon of salt while boiling them. Hope this helps.

Add some pinch of salts to the water and boil the egg in that. Then it is easy to peel the egg. Thank me later😍
