One of my biggest goals is to be able to go up the stairs to my apartment without running out of breath and my legs burning! I know it is small but such a BIG GOAL for me 😅.
I think its more motivating to have goals like that :) You don't even have to go anywhere or get some specific equipment or anything. Just literally something you can do on your way home from sth else. I wish I lived in a floor that was higher up😅

Anna when you replied to my comment,i was just filled with joy.thanks Anna I recovered from anorexia nervosa just because of you.i starved myself till bones,then i saw your fitness journey video it changed my mindset and i slowly started eating more . Now im currently bulking but still im somewhat afraid of getting fat .you also went through this phase what did you do .sending a big hug to you❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

My daughter inspired me to look at my nutrition and exercise as she has been diagnosed with lupus and had a personal trainer who specialises in immune diseases. Hi Anna i am gonna leave some comments that hopefully can help others.. i don't like meal prepping ...like truly 😅.. but then i start mini food prep like cutting up some veggies or washing up berries maybe for 2 days not the whole week and trust me it really helps motivate me to eat healthy food every single day because it reduces your work of doing the same thing over and over again, whenever you are hungry you know its there and just need to reach it instead doing the whole prepping up again .. hope this inspire some of you ❤❤

This episode is so amazing, i did one video workout with you and I listen to you here and that’s really great , I wanna change my lifestyle and my routine bc I’m in medical university which is really I don’t have anytime for me and I want to change my habits and set new flexible goals and schedule, you also talked about preparing meals which inspired me so much, I’m gonna try preparing meals for myself today and I’m gonna try to be healthy mentally and physically as much as possible, thank you so much for this wonderful podcast,

My only goal now is to sleep😢. I have post traumatic stress from the Uni, same thing soldiers have after war no joke haha. And i have insomnia since 2020. I can control more my axienty but they are there. Routines are so difficult cause the will must be there😅. Can you do a video for burnout please ❤
