- The much anticipated Roland VAD series Digital Drum Kits are an acoustic shell style kit, but fully electronic getting most fans of the Digital Drum excited! In typical World of Music fashion, we pretend to read the manual and show you step by step how to open boxes and throw one of these together. Nice video, love that you got all of that into 3 minutes, thanks for the great editing. I'm no drummer so it was helpful for me to see the felts go on top of the cymbals. One thing I noticed is that the drum module mounting bracket is upside down compared to the instructions, but this only makes it slightly less convenient to adjust the length. Great video!

0:25 this isn't addressed in the video, but in the manual you'll read there are these two little protective pads that have an adhesive backing which you can stick to the top and bottom "lip" of the bass drum where you'll attach your kick pedal so you don't damage the drum.

Did you guys receive your shipment yet? Heard it was delayed until July now.
I think they arrive to the US by July 15 or so, it will likely only slip later, I would not be surprised if I dont see mine until September.
