Now you can turn on 3D security feature in assist and set a safe altitude. which will automatically save your helicopter at set altitude. so no need to worry about switches anymore

So I just have to set the height limit in the software, for example set it to 8 meters so that I can practice 3D in peace without crashing?
But when practicing, the 3D switch should also be set to 3D, right?
The GPS switch is only for returning home????

if you understand the concept, you can do this easily with boxer. there is nothing different there in boxer to program. all options on edgetx are the same. give it a try
Awesome video! I followed instructions and on the bench everything seems to work except the pitch , when I move the throttle stick there is no movement on the main Blair pitch.

@@alishanmao yes I found out why, I had to flip the correct switch.
Also I found out that not need to do throttle curve or pitch curve in the radio the H1 does all that.
I haven’t flown yet though. Thank you 🙏 for sharing an amazing video it s do helpful

You could show how to use your TX16
does a takeoff in 3d mode and in GPS mode.
The original remote control is mode5 (i.e. mode2, where the left stick is held in the middle position with springs like on drones).
Can I start the H1 with a pure Mode 2 (like you did in the video of your TX16) with both modes or how does the helicopter behave in GPS mode if I don't hold exactly the middle position?

Finally able to download the newest software for the FlyWing 450 v.3 and updated my stock v.3.

To start the heli on RM 16s will you need to hold stick out before arming or is that safety feature part of the original controller? thanks
you have to do that on RM TX16s too

@@AbellWatchmakers Thanks for this comment! I got into a similar issue. Got stick cal done, called "Turn on the Rockers" (??) on the latest version of H1 software. This did the trick!

Ali, thanks, Im confused though..the transmitter that comes with the helicopter has the left throttle joystick with springs in the middle position to fly the helicopter up and down. Our tx16 does not have that spring to hold it in the middle...how do we handle that.... do we take off with the joystick in the middle just without a spring? thanks!
you can easily set your TX16s to have spring loaded throttle, its just loosening one screw from the gimbal front. and you will have spring loaded throttle
But is that necessary or can we jus leave it as it is to fly the Flywing?! Thanks@@alishanmao

Hi Ali, the flight mods home, gps and att works in an H1 lite and in an H1 scale. Work the att-mode (1400) also in a H1 Heli ?
I am not too sure about that. I have one H1 Heli sitting here but i have not found the time to install it on my helis. best to check with flywing but i think it should work on both APs, shouldn't it?

A problem arose when I tried to bind my TX16S to the helicopter receiver. I think you needed to show how to do that using a bind plug in the receiver.
its easy. with right protocol it will bind easily. of course flysky receivers still need bind plug
My TX16S only has two options for internal RF Mode, CRSF or OFF, which should I use?
that means you have ELRS version which will not bind with other rx except ELRS Rx. you need a multiprotocol module now

i suggest 4-1 as you have plenty of receiver choices. because anyways you are not going to fly this helicopter long range. so ELRS does not make sense, unless if you just want peace of mind for solid and reliable connection, get elrs

no, FW200 is a bit different
You dont say what buttons your pushing you say how to get to a widget its useless for me because I don't know anything about the radio.
if you have this radio, you can learn more about how to use buttons online, and via other videos. this video is for those who at least know which button is doing what. thank you
