Fantastic, Ali. Again, thanks for a terrific video and for assisting in the idea and design of the quick release blade holder; quite an innovation! Forgive me if the following items have been mentioned before: 1) I own 3 FW450's (v.1, v.2.5 and v.3), and wanted to comment on the new tailrotor blade design: My v.3 tail is so much quieter than the first two versions. Those attractive little blade tips really make a difference. Congratulations, FlyWing for yet another improvement. 2) I can't congratulate FlyWing enough for not only producing an extraordinarily product but offering this complete package at such a reasonable price! For those thinking about either a first heli or adding to their hanger, simply shop around and discover for yourself what a bargain this is. Add it all up; i.e. : you get a complete assembled heli (servos, motor, ESC, battery, flybarless controller, GPS, receiver and transmitter already pre-programmed to your specific model all perfectly packed up in an attractive and rugged carrying case!) Extraordinary! And thanks again, Ali, for taking all your time and effort to bring this incredible product to life via your informative and entertaining videos. Steve
I’ll take it one step further. They should give him some type of compensation, bonus or cut of every sale made, etc. But knowing the Chinese, they won’t give him Jack.
That what I totally agree with you. they just say thank you. in USA it should have been my patent and they pay pennies for using my patent on every helicopter. but hey welcome to China. in fact i gave them a draft design as well for this. but again, i would be more than happy if flywing even says once or twice that this was AliShanMao's idea and design and we thank him for making our helis better. waiting for it if this happens
Thank you for your time reviewing this Heli, I’ve seen many but this is bare bones and what we want to see in any review. No supprise that flying gave you another to review with the quick release system, again thank you .
So, the quick release system is a bayonet style? Awesome. Probably the only thing I can think of with that is (I am definitely moving the goal post, here. So, bear with me) the quick release mechanism being a wear point (especially when the helicopter is being flown through aerobatic manoeuvres). With thar being said, most people probably crash more frequently than the amount of time it would take for the quick release mechanism to show any signs of wear anyway. Either way, this is amazing, & seeing how far FlyWing has come is also incredible. Excellent work here, Ali. Also, I want to clarify what you said in your conclusion, regarding the blades & why they need to be loose in their blade holders, but not too loose: 1.) Blades too loose will cause them to strike the tail boom & other parts of the helicopter. This part you're correct. 2.) The Main Rotor Blades need to be loose enough in their blade holders in order to swing enough to align with disymmetry of lift. The advancing blade (IE the blade moving from the tail to the nose) must be able to lag behind the main rotor mast. The retreating blade (IE the blade moving from the nose to the tail) must be able to lead in front of the main rotor mast; 3.) If the Main Rotor Blades are unable to lead/lag like this, the helicopter will be incredibly unstable to the point where it won't be able to be controlled. The helicopter will have a tendency to roll or pitch in whichever direction the disymmetry of lift is taking it. This is relative to whichever direction that the helicopter is travelling in. Also, the lead/lag thing is how disymmetry of lift is addressed in a rigid/semi-rigid main rotor system - which is common to the vast majority of remotely piloted helicopters.
Thank you for your comment buddy and yes very much appreciate the details on why blades should not be too tight. Hope this helps all RC Heli pilots out there :)

Mine has.
So far i have never burnt any FlyWing ESC
A me è accaduto proprio ieri.sul mio v3...in base alla vostra esperienza..cosa sarà successo?...

@@nv180399 how did it happen? I actually even charged my V3 Batteries to LiHV settings 4.35volts per cell. still no issues at all
How to add quick release system to the version 2

素晴らしい飛行ですね😉🐭😉✌️
Thank you so much
can these also be used on the 450 V2.5?
I am not too sure.
Hey Ali, happy to report mine just shipped, as a side note, wanna hear something funny? I got my new FW450 motor today and the grub screw used to hold the pinion on was 3 X too long....so, tightened down all the way, the screw was sticking PAST the gear itself. You know well enough OMP, Goosky and YuXiang would never do something that off the wall! What is FW doing over there? If someone didn't know what they were doing and spooled it up, the spur gear, driveline, motor and ESC would have been destroyed! Ugh! 🤷♂🤷♂🤷♂🤷♂
Ah man. Flywing sure needs to pay more attention to QC and inspections. I will again emphasize on this to them
@@alishanmao Ali I threw the screw out wished I could of shown you this. I did chuckle it is funny and then I was like you “omg man” 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂
What is the top speed in GPS mode?
max i have done is 100km
Will it work on the 450 2.5
I do not have confirm news now if it will work on older models
Super helikopter. ❤❤❤
thank you
Thanks for sharing sir
Thanks buddy 👍😀
whats the price ? me from bangladesh and want to buy
check links in description
Hey is it 6s ?
no
Hi Ali... ordered the quick release and absolutely loving it!!! Awesome improvement to make assemble and disassemble supper quick and easy!
One note as you are always working on improvements... why not led night blades for this heli.
Can't find anything on the web nowadays... your thoughts
Glad you like it! LED light blades used to be available before. maybe flywing will do something like release a night flying light combo that can be plug and play
Would be great if they could... perhaps you can put in a good word and make it happen... 😉
Best yo you and look forward to new vids!
