- Some neighbors have had a bone to pick about one man's Halloween display, but for at least one person, it has special meaning. Steve Hartman goes "On the Road" to Oxford, Ohio, to learn more about this heartwarming story.

There's a really funny war of words that began over a Christmas gargoyle. If you search for 'Christmas gargoyle', you will see how it played out.
I love this! I had a few in my front yard. Even did a chalk outline of one skeleton with caution tape around it 😂. Got people taking pictures and ones saying I was celebrating the devil lol. But the funniest thing was when a friend on my street called and said look out your window. There was a group of JW out there praying lol. I opened the door and they said I should be ashamed and I told them I wasn't but the best thing is they avoided my house from then on 😂😂😂😂😂. Win-win lol
It just take one person to brighten up another person's day may GOD bless them both!

So I also had a hang up about skeletons and skulls when my 18 year old autistic daughter wanted a skull pot plant for her room and a ribcage of flowers. She set me straight with 1 line I was quite embarrassed: There is absolutely nothing evil about this. Right now, you're able to walk and think because of your skeleton. Its just biology mom!

I'd like to see the reaction of anyone seeing this video who wrote a negative letter to Bill.
I'm speechless! I kno how sum people feel for religious reasons, I'm a Christian but truly I found humor in his boney setting. But then I saw his cheering team for Tammy and my eyes filled with tears. I just turned 53 y/o on Sept 24th, I was 1 when my mom passed away from breast cancer so truly I can relate to Tammy's trial of Life. I don't remember my mom, but I'm grateful their is kind people out their whom go out of their way to encourage our fellow brothers nd sisters! To Tammy I'm glad ur treatments are over, I pray u don't relapse nd live a long blessed healthy life. To Bill Thank Our God Lord for genuine folks like you, whom although u didn't know her in person first, u still did ur best to encourage her.....Lots of Love to Bill nd Tammy, true friendships last a lifetime ❤

The skeleton represents who we are deep down. Hope he has uplifiting messages for the travellers passing by and give some well needed motivation for people from the bone family
We started with one and now have five. Skelly is our newest addition. We dress them up for every holiday. We missed putting them out for a few months and the neighbors wanted to know what happened! Strangers will ask if they can take pictures. Oh what fun we have coming up with new costumes. Enjoy life. We never know what's around the corner.

We have a guy just west of Piqua, Ohio on State route 36 dose this all year round. From skeletons working on tractors, or construction workers, to a pool party with one hi diving from a ladder to a kiddy pool.
Oh gosh this has me tearing up! Bill has done an awesome job, and congrats to Tammy on finishing treatment!
I actually have a 12ft skeleton that stays up year-round (his name is Skull Bunyan), I've gotten my fair share of unhappy comments/letters saying how he shouldn't be up before October, and one person said it was "un-Christian" (all from people who don't even live on my street, everyone on the street loves him). But recently this golf cart has started showing up regularly, like it shows up every other day. It's a mom with her son who's absolutely obsessed with Bunyan! So every other day now they'll roll up so the kid can talk my skeleton, think he's either telling him good morning or goodnight, and stuff like that makes leaving him up year-round totally worth it!

There are far more people that love than hate that display. The haters feel the need to go out of their way to leave more hate, but most people that love it just smile and go on their way.

I love it the display is so cool people are weird nowadays that don’t even realize there is no devil it was made up in the media a long time ago and religious freaks and non come up with this stuff. Are bodies are made up of those bones it does not mean death Halloween does not mean devil worshipping even though there are crazy weirdos out there it was actually the decorations and customs were meant to keep away evil.
