Hello thanks for your comment. If you live in the states. There are safe areas and there unsafe areas. Los Angeles, Detroit, Saint Louis to name a few places have areas that are very unsafe. It’s the same in Mexico. The cartel run those hot spots but it’s not spread out through Mexico entirely. It’s the opposite it’s most safe, with some areas that are very unsafe

Hello and thank you for being part of this channel. Truly appreciated. I send money to my dad directly to his account via Xoom. By Paypal the money goes directly into his account with in minutes. It usually cost about 2.99$. The max you can send is 9,999$ dollars. To set up you will have to go through a series of questions they ask, but it’s not complicated. My bother sends money to his own bank account then my dad pulls the money needed to pay for the week, he uses a wire transfer which I think it’s B of A. To BBVA. He likes doing it this way. We are blessed to have my dad over there. However people who don’t have what we have just wire the money directly to the contractor. If for some reason they don’t have a bank account then that could be an issue. My situation might be different than yours. Let me know you have any more questions
