Interesting system. I always worry metal will corrode underground but realistically it will take decades for it to happen. I used plastic philmac fitting out of the pitless and 160psi pump drop poly tube. 1.5 horse pump is the ticket though. I could pump 12-15gpm through my 1" Irrigation main but I have it doing 7gpm with a 30/50 pressure switch since my recharge is only 2gpm

I wish I had that kind of pressure that would be amazing!! I don’t particularly worry about the metal fittings in the ground. the amount of time that it takes for them to wear out is way beyond the time I’ll be on this earth.

Sounds like you need a more powerful well pump.
