woollimy funnily enough Volcano Bay is entirely virtual queue, and like 4 rides in both Universal parks are also virtual queue. But, it’s generally on the rides that don’t even really have lines. Why is that? Because they want people to buy the fast passes for another 100+ dollars.

I went there yesterday, and all the wait times were 5-30 minutes. Though it was raining for around 5 hours, so all the out door ride were shut down, the indoor rides had very short wait times.
I did that once at SFNE with Sky Screamer. I was supposed to go on Wicked Cyclone that morning but the line was too long so we went on that with no wait....twice!
i cried the first time i rode because it was so beautiful and fun and im so glad hagrid got his own ride because he was such an underrated character but as harry said "it isn;t hogwarts without you hagrid!"

Charlotte Craig it is so worth it and I do not like roller coasters at all but thoroughly enjoyed this one. It’s very smooth and everything feels much different riding it than it does just looking at the tracks. I think you should definitely try to ride!!
PearlescentMoon 2 hours compared to the 4 - 10 hour usual wait time for a ride that closes and reopens at times you cannot predict, is actually pretty good and very much worth it for a ride like Hagrids. You guys gave exactly the kind of explanation of the ride a person like me who is nervous of rides needs. Comparing it to another ride, explaining the speed increases, the sudden drop, the going backwards. That's the type of information I need to make a comfortable decision to ride a ride.
Imagine how fun a trip like this would be if you got to buy anything you’d like, choose a robe, make your own wand and just fully immerse yourself with your imagination... just imagine
So i did the math. I included ticket prices for both parks, robe, wand, food and souvenirs and it rounded off around 600 bucks. Now that didn't include travel and hotel and transportation. That's a whole other financial monster all its own lol
I did it and the whole trip with me and my wife robs wonds buying what we wanted plus some collectibles I use my yearly pass but stayed at there resort I live 3and half hour alway I spent 1900.00 about 649.00 was at there cheaper resort around November

Mickey Stickey the ride had broken down for a few seconds, so they let me go on it again. We had timed getting into the line JUST RIGHT so that it started moving when we got there. Honestly, it was sheer dumb luck but I’m not complaining. Also went on it again the next day lol
Very lucky!!! I queued 3 hours last week and only got half way through the line before they decided to close the ride for the day after multiple breakdowns.
Lily Studios everytime the line says 120-180 mins i ended up waiting only 35-55, i was there during july and i went on at least once everyday. its not as bad as posted.
I think it’s pretty cool that they combined an ‘experience ride’ with an actual rollercoaster. Can’t wait until the wait time is reasonable so I can go on it!

Their own fault. Be glad they blew it. There would be NO Hogwarts, no train ride and definitely no Diagon Alley. They refused most of Rowling's ideas because they detested competition from a story they didn't create themselves.
I wish that awesome stuff like this was also done with pirates of the Caribbean. As a massive pirates fan I would have loved that so much! You can do so much with that theme honestly. This roller-coaster looks awesome!

Just looking at the ride, It looks like Universal Finally stepped up their game! The 4D rides give me motion sickness after awhile! Its nice to see a greatly themed ride without having to watch a screen. I can't wait to go on it one day!
This looks soo awsome and in my opinion Hagrids motorbike adventure works much better with the surrounding theme in the world of harry potter then the dueeling dragon challenge did. Feels more like it belongs to the castle grounds. :)
@@CortHiatt My point is that the concept of this Hagrids motorbike ride works better with the whole theme of the world. Dueling Dragons did not (the theme in the queline maybe) but not the rollercoaster itself. :) And It is more for everybody and not only for the thrill seekers which I like :)
I have been on all rides at Disney, and all rides at universal (including Hagrids) and by far, this coaster is amazing. Universal you have earned your place back.
It looks pretty amazing, but I'm curious how long this title will last. With Guardians of the Galaxy and Spider-Man opening rollercoaster at Disneyland Parks... I hope it's on the up and up.

No. No competition still today. disney just has too many options and a lot to come. However universal is earning its spot back slowly in good graces with gp...they just wont be in the top spot.

Yoooo that ride is sooo fricking worth the wait!!! Although I was really lucky and only waited 30 minutes with my friend. Lmao we rushed there after it rained, bc no one was in line for like 3 minutes, so we rushed there and made it to where the waiting time was around an hour to thirty minutes. Also, I got the front seat on the bike part, SO AWESOMEEEE😆😆😆😆 I really wanna ride it again. And heck ya, Slytherin for the win💚🐍
As you was walking through to the ride I loved how it looked exactly like an English village. It really captured JKs imagination of how she wrote it. You guys are awesome you have a fan from the UK. The ride going backwards made my stomach roll over just watching it!

I just went on the ride during Christmas week. We waited about 1.5 hours. Never waited that long and never again. I am over 70 years old with a heart condition. 3 artificial limbs. Arthritis everywhere else. If I was 20 years younger, I could have enjoyed the ride. Listen up Seniors with physical conditions, read the warning signs. They are there for a reason, this is not a mild ride. Stay away. Go on Escape from Gringotts. Just make sure to take a Dramamine. As far as the young'uns are concerned, you'll love it!
I am glad folks record this and put them on youtube. Not just for us so we can see how the ride is, but I have handicap folks in my family that cannot travel much less go on rides, so to be able to show them this helps. Thanks for sharing. Peace
Fun fact, this coaster is a German product from Mack Rides. Mack also does have their own park over here in Germany called the Europa Park. It is my favorite Park and also the biggest and best Park in Germany.
My 13 year old son and I love roller coasters!!After riding this, nothing can top it. Such a great experience. Loved this ride. The long wait was worth it.

Yes, the wait lines are crazy long, but I have to say it is totally worth it! I went last Christmas and did a 1:30 wait time because I got in to the park entrance at 6 am and waited till it opened and then ran to make the line.... but this ride BLEW ME AWAY IT IS THE BEST RIDE EVER IN ANY PARK!!!!! I loved it !!! It’s so fast, like crazy fast, and the reverse\drop is so scary! Def not for young kids with a weak stomach
I haven't been on this ride, but Disney's Flight Of Passage is thee best ride in the Orlando area. If this beats that I would probably be emotional about it too...but I doubt it.

Labor Day weekend is gonna be packed, so I recommend doing single riders on most of the rides if you don’t have fast pass. It may split your group a bit but cuts the wait time down a lot.

This ride is FANTASTIC! It is so fun and totally worth the 90 minute waits.
Just looking at the ride, It looks like Universal Finally stepped up their game! The 4D rides give me motion sickness after awhile! Its nice to see a greatly themed ride without having to watch a screen. I can't wait to go on it one day!

This looks soo awsome and in my opinion Hagrids motorbike adventure works much better with the surrounding theme in the world of harry potter then the dueeling dragon challenge did. Feels more like it belongs to the castle grounds. :)

@@CortHiatt My point is that the concept of this Hagrids motorbike ride works better with the whole theme of the world. Dueling Dragons did not (the theme in the queline maybe) but not the rollercoaster itself. :) And It is more for everybody and not only for the thrill seekers which I like :)
I have been on all rides at Disney, and all rides at universal (including Hagrids) and by far, this coaster is amazing. Universal you have earned your place back.
It looks pretty amazing, but I'm curious how long this title will last. With Guardians of the Galaxy and Spider-Man opening rollercoaster at Disneyland Parks... I hope it's on the up and up.

jaypaidincash You haven’t ridden it, I have. Flight of passage is a phenomenal ride no doubt about it. But this ride is awesome. Practical effects will always beat 3d stuff.

No. No competition still today. disney just has too many options and a lot to come. However universal is earning its spot back slowly in good graces with gp...they just wont be in the top spot.

Yoooo that ride is sooo fricking worth the wait!!! Although I was really lucky and only waited 30 minutes with my friend. Lmao we rushed there after it rained, bc no one was in line for like 3 minutes, so we rushed there and made it to where the waiting time was around an hour to thirty minutes. Also, I got the front seat on the bike part, SO AWESOMEEEE😆😆😆😆 I really wanna ride it again. And heck ya, Slytherin for the win💚🐍

I just went on the ride during Christmas week. We waited about 1.5 hours. Never waited that long and never again. I am over 70 years old with a heart condition. 3 artificial limbs. Arthritis everywhere else. If I was 20 years younger, I could have enjoyed the ride. Listen up Seniors with physical conditions, read the warning signs. They are there for a reason, this is not a mild ride. Stay away. Go on Escape from Gringotts. Just make sure to take a Dramamine. As far as the young'uns are concerned, you'll love it!

Fun fact, this coaster is a German product from Mack Rides. Mack also does have their own park over here in Germany called the Europa Park. It is my favorite Park and also the biggest and best Park in Germany.

Yes, the wait lines are crazy long, but I have to say it is totally worth it! I went last Christmas and did a 1:30 wait time because I got in to the park entrance at 6 am and waited till it opened and then ran to make the line.... but this ride BLEW ME AWAY IT IS THE BEST RIDE EVER IN ANY PARK!!!!! I loved it !!!

Labor Day weekend is gonna be packed, so I recommend doing single riders on most of the rides if you don’t have fast pass. It may split your group a bit but cuts the wait time down a lot.
