When you stretch/shift your right fingers to the highest note, how do you know where to put the rest of your fingers? Just wherever they fall, or is there a trick of some sort to know? And how do you do that in general (shift from higher octaves to lower octaves with the right hand)
Right hand code easy with sheet. For a beginner, could you please include left hand codes with details as for the beginner who is not familiar with just dm, c etc. thanks
Firstly thank you a lot for your free lessons.. really helps a lot for piano players like me, who learn most of the tricks from youtube. I am a beginner and have a basic understanding of some chord progressions. I try to practice my left hand based on the tricks you suggested, it still needs a lot of work. I just feel that the rhythm part is where I suffer the most. Can you please make a video (or point to if one exists) on how to understand the rhythm of a song (which is not just 4/4) just by listening to it (without any sheet) and also do you always want to play the chords at "&" beat to create dynamics or play it sometimes? I hope that makes sense, otherwise sorry to bother you. and keep up the great work.
Thank you! That's a great suggestion for a video, we don't have one at the moment. As for playing the beats - it really depends. If you are just improvising you can mix it up, and play what sounds good to you. There are no strict rules!
