Common thing about mind control cards is that they target and a lot of monsters nowadays have target immunity, I think that’s the reasoning around unrestricting mind control cards. Although, Snatch Steal is searchable with the card searching equip spells, so it might be as powerful as the last time it was unbanned.
I was happy to see some Mathcircular card banned because I faced some people and was shocked at how they summoned a lot of cards and a good synergy with cyberse card . See upstart goblin being release was a good surprise
