      Thanks brotha! Yea man this one is ROUGH keeping the knee tuck jump squats going for the entire minute is KILLER. The core gets it good to since the whole workout it's knees up non stop. It doesn't sound that bad on paper..but try it out and I swear it kicks your ass. Thanks for watching G stay grinding on your videos. I'll tune in to another live soon. ✌️
