I'm making my return coming off of being sick for a few months (Hyperthyroidism/graves disease) where it depleted approx 80 to 90 % of my muscle but I'm on the mend now with the help good Docs and medications. I'm not 100% just yet but I'm in the Fight every day! Appreciate the motivation!
