    Bro this is basic you have to have followed this ,but after this also if you will end up in loop and not able gain weight for lean bulkers or not able to lose lean fat for cutters you have to change your phase to maintenance calories for atleast 1 to 2 months then restart your needed phase that will get you satisfying results
    Note : this is only for body composition fat loss or gaining ,not for hiring muscle building plateau

      you will gain 8-10kg weight... no doubt
      don't believe on your friends and family members that he eat everything and still he is underweight.... no chance
      eating heavy will make you gain in just a week, measure your weight every week, you'll notice yourself
      just don't stop, it's a long journey at least one year

      Calories deficit and intermittent fasting is the solution.
      Eat less (1500 calories per day burn around 2500 to 3000).
      Plust do intermittent fasting as per efficiency I would suggest start from 16 hours fasting.
      That would be Great help for you.
      I have lost 15 kg in 3 months.
