I have the diode dynamics led bulb installed in my stock c light location on my 2019 wrx premium. Could i use this harness to disable the drl on the high beam spot and have the corner led run as the drl instead by tapping into the positive wire? Pedro Cappas I dont think it would be because of a flaw, i wouldnt see a great company like diode to have a flaw in their products, its probably to clean up the wiring which would be nice
With the original modules, we found that over time, variations in the battery level on the vehicle can cause unreliable switching between high beam and DRL functions. This was pretty rare, and was impacted by the age of the vehicles' battery, and the temperature outside. This is a direct wiring solution, so there is no dependence on the vehicle's battery level anymore, to make sure it works perfectly for 100% of our customers.
