I make my stuffies a couple different ways. One is similar to your recipe but I guild the Lilly a little. I add a quarter piece of raw bacon just before baking them it makes for a very tasty stuffie. Oh by the way I'm from little Rhody. I'm a self taught chef I cook for myself friends and family. Happy cooking👍
