I tried this, it went well, Awesome taste. It took me 50 minutes total, as I bit modified the recipe, i roasted the paneer cubes and cashews. I blended the complete curry, not just the spinach. Then added the wheat flour, paneer cubes and roasted cashews.
I made this for a lunch of 7 and each and everyone relished it. It’s a fool proof recipe. Makes the best Palak paneer I’ve ever had. The wheat flour is such a twist! Makes so much of a difference. Also adding coriander and ginger with the Palak.

A tip to improve the dish: instead of flour to thicken the dish, grind boiled cashews along with spinach. It would make the dish thicker and make the taste richer.

Wheat flour here's added to give thick texture to palak gravy so it's not runny. In sarson ka saag Makka flour is added for same reason.

Hmmm what others can be added. I usually add gram flour (besan) to my regular paneer curry (thick dhaba style)
Here's the ingredients:
2 medium size spinach bundles (roughly 700 grams or 1.5 pounds)
250 grams paneer (farmer's cheese)
2-3 green chilies (for palak puree), 1 tsb green chilies (roughly chopped for stir fry)
Handful of fresh coriander
3 tbs ghee (or oil)
3 tbs garlic (roughly chopped)
1 tbs ginger (roughly chopped)
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 tsp cumin (jeera) powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp black salt
1 tsp garam masala
salt for taste
1/4 cup curd (I used cream instead)
1 tbs wheat flour
1 tbs fresh cream
1 tsp lemon juice
