The way you describe .....the way you tell the stories of each and every Masala or Food .....and relate it to Ancient recepies or the Origin of that food. Ranveer you are the Master of your Art.

@ranveerbrar the way you talk itself is enough to make one fall in love with cooking.. even on a very low day, there are some people who can just pick u up and set you on your feet.. you are one of them.. I was just not feeling like doing anything at all but had this chore (making palak paneer) at hand, but watching your video just let me breeze through it and it didn't feel like a chore at all.. instead it reminded me that cooking is something that I love to do.. thankyou.. 💚

I love to listen to such ancient stories which explains how things are they way they are. And my mom and mausi are truly Hindus I believe, they don’t like anything that has come from outside india even though things like paneer and biryani have become part of the Indian culture now. They don’t like cheese, paneer, biryani etc

I do have a very good childhood friend who is brar and he too is very humble down to earth inspite of being very rich financially...
The history says that the brar clad was given a boon by the tenth guru of sikh religion that they will live a happy prosperous life through out their journey on this earth and ranvir brar is a perfect example of the one...
That's truly blessed and fortunate by God...

Wow... It's nice..at the end you have shown ingredients list.
Ranveer... You know what.. your 8mins 59secs Palak Paneer video takes more than 20 minutes to watch... Ask me why ?? Wait I will tell you... You speak in such a poetic way... I literally go into some other world and I miss out something and again rewind...watch.. ha ha ha.. this is how it takes 20 minutes...
By the way.. today I prepared Chicken Biryani... Exactly the way you have shown.. it came out excellent. Everyone enjoyed. As I told you I am a born vegetarian... I will make this Palak Paneer for me.. of course not now.. Palak isn't available in my city.. anyways as usual enjoyed watching your cooking... God Bless You.. please come home Ranveer...
Oh.. now it's for the people who will read my comment.. excuse me.. I don't know Ranveer personally.. still I know him.. ask me how ?? This is how.. watching him cooking.. getting involved in the video. When you love something..it's quite natural.. you will know the person.. so... If you want to know Ranveer..then... understood.. so... Once again "come home Ranveer"...

This is a great recipe. I'm surprised you did not fry those ginger strips but laid them raw, hmmm. I can see how fine strips of ginger would really add some zing to it. The nutmeg, kewra water (screw pine extract) kasuri methi will really layer the flavors, very exotic. Great job on this recipe. It is fit for a king and you have elevated the humble Palak Paneer to the highest levels. I don't think we can add anything to this. That last 'tarka' was the gold leaf on the rasmalai!
Thank you for consistently great recipes and creativity. The story telling always makes me appreciate the dish more and adds so much history to the recipe. I think the ladies love your flirting too, ha ha! Lost on me, but so many hearts fluttering.

Hi Ranveer, I love your recipes a lot. Living in Holland this the best channel for me make good food. I would like to make a small remark to your comment since I do have access to Turkish peynir. Its not the same. Paneer is well-loved non-melting cheese that is firm in texture, so it is usually a staple in Indian dishes. Since it does not melt on being heated, it is even incorporated in dishes like paneer tikka masala, which often requires paneer to be fried and grilled in a tandoor. So, Turkish Beyaz Peynir melts when heated, it's made of unpasteurised sheep milk. This and paneer are not the same and are completely different cheeses.

Mr Ranveer ..... the recipe turned our to be a magical one . I never could prepare such a delicious Palak paneer ... that too when I refrained from adding cream ..... but one thing I would want to add and which was told to me by my Sardarni Maid .... when I asked her how her Palak tastes so good but not mine . She told me that she had observed me leaving out the “ Dandhals “ of Palak .... but the real taste comes from them ... while we were taught since childhood that use only Pattas and throw away the danthals . It is actually in the danthal that the taste lies ..... believe me ... do not use the very ripe ones but sure small to medium thickness , say smaller kachchde ones we ought to use always

Used all the herbs mentioned and followed the method shown in the video. With one exception. Blanched the tomatoes and added the same with blanched palak into the mixture. Great end result or so I think. Thanks Brar.
