I drink a glass or 2 of organic milk per day. Typically one in the morning and one in the evening. Its pasteurised. I could maybe find raw milk. I am pretty sure i am still in ketosis because my body fat percentage is going down. But i have never been fat (more like skinny fat). The milk is so good, makes me so happy. It is addictive but i can fight the urges. Water is great to drink.
Hi thanks so much for sharing! Recently been dabbling in milk, yogurt and cheese and I quickly fazed it out because it artificially messed up with my natural food and sex hunger signals Raw at body temperature is what nature provides - to babies :)
Oh thanks so much 😊😊 I learned plenty from Saladino’s content, and Gatis is certainly an inspiration, a great source of questions to ask ourselves and to become more honest with ourselves :):)

50ml of milk, that's 2 or 3g of carbs, you could easily drink a regular glass and remain in ketosis. It's still good advice though. A big protein bolus, however, will also temporarily kick you out of ketosis, just as easily. Personally I can even eat 100g of blueberries and still be in ketosis sometimes. On days that I exercise a lot even more.
Love it!! Thanks for the intel and sharing of your personal experience:):) You clearly are more informed of the intricacies of that than me :) I personally don’t mind kicking myself out of keto after dinner, even with lower blood sugar i’ll be sleeping by morning I’ll energize myself through fat again :)
I eat plenty of protein on every sitting (plenty, not buckloads like JPeterson) but since I consume plenty of salted butter I remain in Keto :) Mr. JP doesn’t seem to be in keto for the most part :)
@@jo.clemente Yeah, I think it's really good to be out of ketosis short periods of time. In particular because your body will produce a significant insulin bolus, which helps to balance electrolyte levels (Bart Kay talks about this for example). As a type 1 diabetic I know I still inject about 4 units after a meal, same order of magnitude as after a modest mixed diet meal. Probably this is why, for example, you need to supplement electrolytes during extended fasting because there are no post meal insulin spikes anymore.
@@jo.clemente That probably helps. Also eating fats outside meals, like in your coffee, will probably train your body to prioritize fat burning. Do you measure blood ketone levels sometimes?
@@jo.clemente now that I think about it: cooked eggs kick you out of ketosis much more easily than a fatty ribeye, probably. For eggs I have to inject fast acting insulin, whereas for fatty meat (I'm eating a 750g cote de boeuf right now) I use slower insulin. So indeed, it might not just be the absolute protein contents but also the fat ratio.
Hi My thoughts: don’t bother consuming it :) Plenty people are now intolerant to Casein from consuming it (Lactose might be a quire boy comparatively) Pasteurized-Milk belongs to the pleasure Carbs (that can even be detrimental to health), not nurturing ones Some supermarkets have raw kefir (fermented milk) Better that than boiled regular milk Milk is designed to be consumed at body temperature, not to be frozen nor boiled, its components are very sensitive to significant changes in temperature, degenerating easily… Get some goat/sheep milk from a local shepherd:) Hope I helped somehow!!
@@jo.clemente Thanks for the info man. I really appreciate the detailed response. Unfortunately, I cannot find anything raw around me aside from raw cheese so maybe I can consume that? I do struggle with Autoimmune issues so maybe even that is not the best idea, I don't know. Still, I was thinking that since the milk does not have lactose, even if it has been heated, it still has protein and some vitamins, so perhaps it could be more good than bad. But then again, maybe you're right about being intolerant to Casein, or even whey protein, especially with autoimmune issues.
I would most definitely avoid pasteurized milk And having autoimmune, I would even avoid raw cow’s (or the one that you had most in your life) milk. If you have access to raw goat/sheep milk (if you haven’t dabbled much in those), drink it since you enjoy it. But taking into account you have autoimmune i highly recommend an all meat diet with the only exception adding butter since most cuts are too lean and salt since you’ll probably not eat nose to tail and drink the blood - and only drinking water If you can buy a whole goat/sheep, i would do so and store in the freezer a bunch of steak sized cuts and the fat and organs in little cubes so to eat steak+fat+organs as often as possible. The most important thing for now being autoimmune is to stop feeding your body reasons to attack itself aka any food your body might have created antibodies to over the years I recommend you do an IgG Food Sensitivity Blood Test (ideally of ~200 different foods and condiments) to know which do that Without the results from that test We won’t know if it is OK (meaning there wont be inflamation) when consuming eggs, certain meats, also fruits and honey if you want them occasionally Antibodies (like mugshots) are like photographs of “bad guys” that managed to do harm to the body - milk, eggs, commercial poultry and various fruits are some of the most common ones. Whenever a protein from milk, egg, poultry (even if natural proteins are the same) or whatever the food in case is identified in the blood stream after being absorbed from the gi tract or even through skin or smell for examples, the body starts attacking it until it’s destroyed creating inflammation (inflammation is like the frequently inevitable destroying of objects while catching a bandit) Let me know what more I can help you with :)
Organic Rice is not Terrible Can’t really be considered Nurturing as it has very few nutrients Always remember - Herbivores eat for hours everyday to consume sufficient nutrients 🙂
Still, all DAIRY is not made for adults, thus leads to unnatural outcomes Many lives have been ruined by Dairy as it leads to artificial libido, which leads to a lot of cheating and depravation, leads to artificial amount of climaxes, which leads to men becoming beta and women becoming alpha, leading both to feel conditioned and consequently have homo tendencies.

Almonds are also very high in oxalates.
They sure are :)
Plenty people get joint aches from consuming even smaller quantities of them - same for blanched or flour

Protein converted to glucose by the body is the best carb source.
So the best carb is beef
Dammit you got me on that one 👏🏻

Yes raw milk because it has fat protein and beneficial bacteria. Created by a mammal. Truly the best carb source.
Thoughts on lactose-free pasteurized milk from the supermarket if we don't have access to raw milk?
