There's a story of a young Muslim boy who was raised strictly in his family: He couldn't do anything he wanted.
After school, he went to college and he didn't know that free mixing was possible and then it started with "Can you borrow me a pen"? "Can we read the book together, I did not bring mine" you know those type of excuses that will into conversation. And after that, he started having girlfriends and so forth and one day he committed Zina.
He felt so bad and regretted it just after and he went to a Sheikh and explained him everything and the Sheikh told him to calm down and ask for Allah's forgiveness. And that young boy applied it and it was genuine to him, he really wanted to change, he really wanted for Allah's forgiveness and Allah (SWT) accorded it to him because months later this young boy passed away in Sujood. Allahu Akbar. Someone who has committed Zina now passed away in Sujood.
Brothers and sisters don't lose hope by asking Allah's forgiveness, because He is indeed The Forgiver.
this is a true story i have actually heard from a Sheikh myself, may Allah reward you for sharing this, it is important

TheLWebb100 there is no tribal thing in islam.men are allowed to marry women for their beauty,wealth or one who is religious.its better to marry a religious one because she will transmit her knowledge to her children.she will be a good and obedient wife,thus being beautiful and wealthy(in knowledge).sadly,some people are attached to culture.
im a single mom of 2 girls in uk and some things brother says are same advices my dad gave me and i ll give to my girls and thanks brother for giving more nice ideas about this dating stuff too.as a mom,i know better about how to approach and tell my girls about this when they grow up.thanks to you.
Respect to both Mufti Menk and Brother Ali, I've just come across this programme and even though Im not a Muslim Im very interested in hearing much more what these genuine men have to say especially Mufti Menk, these two have truely changed my way of thinking towards all the Muslims who think and believe like these two quite amazing men do (I hope that makes sense) Bless their kind precious hearts.

MashaAllaah! Ali dawah thanks for this video, u ve definitely touched someone's life with this. May Allaah reward you. Also big thank you for bringing and asking Mufti Menk this topic because he gives his lecturer according to sunnah and the REALITY of today's civilization with emphasis mostly on the book of Allaah and his messenger. As opposed to what some people think about him! he is rightly guided by Allah because he has been around different country and have vast experience in different culture yet never compromised the deen. may be some people do not know he came from a very tough African country!!! yet he came out this far!!! proclaiming the Sunnah of Rosullah. I implore some of Duat critizing him to go to other continents or perhaps go to other countriez that do not know anything or do not want anything about Islam and give them dawah and let me see how they will introduce the sunnah to them! May Allaah guide his Aqeedah, increase him in sound health, protect his wife, children, his entire household and grant him jannah fridaus. Aamin thummah Amin.
May Allah guide me to find the right one, who can guide me in Islam, be with me to improving ourself both Deen and Dunya, and together until Jannah, İnshaAllah. Ameen.
