He's living the dream. From being a fan and meeting the band when he was a preteen to being their drummer. Respect
touring 12 years...
He is? Whut!! Awsome!
@@InYourDreams-Andia Mike Lindup caught it all on camera. Mike's camcorder footage of him playing Gary's kit on stage pre-show is on UA-cam 🙂
Wowsers, this guy is the nuts. A very talented musician.
Chops are tight and crisp. Super clean. You can always tell a drummer that’s marched when they’re on the kit.
The guy is amazing!
Jesus that kit sounds fuckin fantastic.
Love watching a master at work
PRB is one of my favorite drummers because he's in my favorite band. He has to cover what two of the BEST drummers, ever have done. Phil Gould and Gary Husband are MONSTER drummers and PRB makes it look easy.
Nice comment. Agreed 100% - awesome drummer following after two giants!
Simply brilliant.
Speechless. Awesome!!!!!
Got the chance to meet Pete one time, what a top bloke he is :P
Killer sounding kit. Good groove and chops
A beast!!
Brilliant
めちゃいい音
So tight
Awesome
Superb
Seen him 3 times check his own band out pb underground...solid
Nice!
Un-bel-eivable!
Beast!
Spin Doctors intro in the beginning! Haha nice
As in Two Princes?
@@jameswhite7997 yes
i noticed that straight away
@@BennyboyTruth so funny, I did too
I figured he would be this good following Gary Husband :) Peace from Detroit MI
PRB has some serious chops, that bassist isn't too bad either.
"not too bad" … really?
hahaha!
Not to bad ? How dare you hahaha
yeah i guess Mark ain't bad... ;-)
Yeah if that bloke Mark keeps practicing he could have a future in music.
Tanta roba
Beautifully tuned drums they sound amazing!
Yep that snare seriously cuts
Tama is was and will be the best!!!!!!!!!
凄いグルーヴやな
レヴェル42 ニューアルバム出さないかなぁ。
Can anyone tell what that bass riff is from that starts at 0:20 till 0:30
Possibly 'Are you Hearing, what I hear?' verse but its a tricky one!
Pete's a great drummer. Full stop.
MUINTO BOM MESMO GOSTARIA DEVER U VIDIO AULA OK?
Can anyone tell what's the song at 0:32 till end???
Something about you (Album: World Machine)
nlborix thx
Whatever happened to "Less is more"?
Does anyone know what snare is he using in the video? Thanks
Probably Tama Star Bubinga 14x8
My $ is on Starclassic maple 5.5 x 14.. its always the blue sparkle snare i see
^^^***...Monster 💀
I hate the sound of small toms but fuck me, these sound wonderful!
WOW... Pete Ray... has (even) more chops than Gary... and a feel for the groove equal to Phil...
All 3 are awesome. I love listening to the contrast between the three of them.
Groove equal to Phil? No comparison! This is just crass, aggressive showmanship. Nothing to do with the songs Phil co-wrote and played on.
what is the name of this song ?
ua-cam.com/video/KMZpWNKtpfI/v-deo.html Something about you :)
Something About You
what is that ride Cymbal?
Sabian Vault Artisan
Pete makes me just wanna throw my sticks away..
I play like I'm in a coma in comparison.
More chops than the local butcher 😳
that's how mark (as a drummer himself) likes it!
wut
To busy
it's meant to be that way. everyone has heard phil's original studio recording a billion times
Disgusting!!!
Innit tho!
Over plays the track imo...
1) It's a soundcheck. 2) The song is now 35 years old. Mark hired Pete for his ability to breath new life into their old anthems...
Horrible... Take a drive to any local church in the hood & you would find a better drummer
I disagree with the "horrible" but am inclined to agree with the "church in the hood". Some are lucky enough to progress (e.g Tony Royster), whereas others are not.
Lol
@@BennyboyTruth check his videos with the funk band he plays with and or his tam tam performance and get back to us
@@cobra1995xx who's "us"? i don't "get back to" anyone else but me
OMG! It's Tuesday 24 October and I saw Level 42 last night in Guildford (Great Britain) with this guy drumming.......... apsolutly totally fucking fucking fucking unbelievable!!!!!
Please be aware I'm not some ill-aware arse, or non music educated dick........I've seen plenty of fine music in my time; mostly funky up beat stuff, and have witnessed most of the 'greats' so to speak.......but this guy is the BEST I'VE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!
