For that specific model, how do you increase the level of water in the bowl? I now know how to raise the level in the tank with that small pipe thing with the blue ring but not the level in the bowl.

Inlet valve and the candle next to it rotate together for me rather than opening with a click sound, is there a way to fix this?
The "candle", are you referring to the water inlet?
