Doctor Strange is a 2016 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is the 14th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film was directed by Scott Derrickson from a screenplay he wrote with Jon Spaihts and C. Robert Cargill, and stars Benedict Cumberbatch as neurosurgeon Stephen Strange along with Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Benedict Wong, Michael Stuhlbarg, Benjamin Bratt, Scott Adkins, Mads Mikkelsen, and Tilda Swinton.

Ancient one was an OG character, showing strange so much only to reject his request 😂
When the ancient one says "Open Your Eye" and not eyes I presume this is foreshadowing to Doctor Strange's third eye in the comics and what was shown in the end of the second Doctor Strange Movie.
nah, more likely a reference to the concept of the "third eye" that has been around for thousands of years, as a metaphor to open your mind to what lies beyond your current two eyes.
the multiverse should be more gazing into infinity rather then taking a light walk through the paint dimension.

Loki is the same but less interesting, they killed the character that was shown before as the god Loki.
