These dr. Strange fight scenes are awesome. The way they warp reality and everything. Also, those orange magic effects are badass
The orange magic effects are too similar to the Ravager spaceships HUD in GOTG.
Theyre not warping reality they are shaping the mirror dimension, whatever happens inside it has no effect on the real world.

If Ancient One actually wanted then she could've killed those three easily but she didn't because that might not lead to Dr. Strange saving the Earth from Dormamu
nope not really. As she said she could not see past her death. So its either She doesn't want to kill Kaecilius (because he was her student and she always has been defending and not attacking much), or she always failed to defend the final fight with him and died.

These guys needed the Dark Dimension to pull these things off, while Strange managed to do the same on his own in NWH. Strange has advanced quite a lot since this movie.

I miss the old Dr. Strange from his first origin movie and Infinity War where his magic is still impressively fascinating with some actual mind bending visual. But what in NWH and MoM, there is not as so fascinating and deep anymore.

A fight like that would be more like a battle of wits than raw power. One trying to out warp the other and altering the terrain the best they could.

A final battle in a third act in which the protagonist and antagonist have similar abilities? That's just about every solo MCU film.
As another has said, that battle would be based on wits, raw power is nothing, only the most skilled and smartest reality warper wins.

Seeing this.. it's pretty clear strange was not even trying to defeat Peter in NWH.
He is way more Powerful than even ancient one in NWH, he could have easily defeated Peter if he wanted to..
When Peter took his ring, he wasn't angry, he was a bit surprised..
And also mads Mikkelsen is a great actor..
That's how I saw it. If Strange wanted to really hurt Peter, he would have done so. He just wanted Pete out of the way to finish the spell. Though Him being so nonchalant about him taking the sling ring was a little off to me. That was his only way out. And as far as he knew, he and his gang had no way to bring him back after they'd finished/failed. You'd think he'd be a little more upset about being locked away like that.

this is the reason why power level of Dr Strange is not even close as the Ancient One. you can see how the Ancient One was able to control the mirror dimension with just body movements and using her mind but Strange can only control using his hand.

Well, the Ten Rings actually do have a connection to the Masters of the Mystic Arts as evidenced in Shang-Chi's post-credits scene. So it's possible that the Ancient One knew of the existence of the rings.
Is that what the symbol on the platform represented? I'm just asking because I am sure I have seen that symbol or one like it somewhere before. If not in this series than somewhere else, but I can't remember where.
Hm, I've noticed that Ancient one and Kaecillus can control the mirror dimension by being connected to Dormammu. Then in No Way Home, we see Dr Strange controlling the mirror dimension; has Dr Strange secretly started worshipping Dormammu?

I don't think Dr. Strange started to draw powers from Dormammu. When you use that power, there's a symbol of Dormammu that will appear in your forehead but there's a time when the Ancient One introduces the mirror dimension to Strange and she warped the place but there's no symbol in her forehead, meaning she didn't draw powers from Dormammu to do that and I think that technique is what Strange did in No Way Home coz there's no symbol in his forehead when he warped the mirror dimension. So maybe it's an advance technique that any sorcerer can do but those who draw powers from Dormammu do it in a much better and powerful way 😁
Any sorcerer can control the Mirror Dimension. Being connected to Dormammu just make you way stronger.
