I love how much this season was "Lloyd vs everyone else" with the prize task, the pub quiz, Lloyds script, etc. It is a fun little twist on the format that they didn't overdo!
Also Lloyd was the perfect person to pick for that role. Not being stressed out by it most of the time, just having a blast taking everyone down with him.
My favorite (and maybe what inspired the task writers) is the one where Lloyd threw a sweet potato over a shed and challenged everyone to do the same. And they all did it way quicker!
Australia TM has really found its footing, it feels like both Toms have identified their personalities and have a fun relationship instead of trying to replicate Greg and Alex. It’s awesome!
Spoiler for the end of the episode below: Not gonna lie, when the tiebreaker came up and I heard it was a question, I fully expected it to be a marriage proposal because of the joke made earlier in the episode.

Look I might just be saying this because it's the most recent last episode that I've seen, but this might be the best final episode of the show so far. Such dedication to holding on to the bit.
I love this series so much. It's been great to re-watch them. The fact that Will's half-eaten marshmallow jar was brought up in episode 9 escaped me on my first watch through.
It always hurt when the season ends and i feel like the next season could never compare to this.. but every season and every panel of contestants surprise me and I go through it all over again!
This one has to be the full of the fullest of episodes ever from all taskmasters ive ever seen. UK's the original is just the best ever, but like, tasks and everything, takes words out, Thank you Alex for making this a quite popular thing on TV, i just love it!

This was an amazing finale of an amazing season!! I love everyone in the cast, but Lloyd and Wil were my absolute favorites with their unique, sometimes-sarcastic, but oftentimes just genuine gleeful positivity/joy. Both took the "insults" and teases like absolute champs in such funny ways and found joy in so many silly things!! Generally one of the most tickling seasons of TM ever!!! PS: I was on Wil's side for basically all of his sketch performances, but for his part in THIS episode I really thought "Tom hating Wil's sketches will be the biggest crime HERE". I couldn't believe he'd compliment it where it mattered the most (to me and my humor) 😂
i'm completely with you but I noticed that she either doesnt have enough shoes or noone who tells her which pair of shoes fits to which dress. For example this episode she wears a beautiful pink dress but pairs it with orange high heels ?!?
What a fun episode! Every task was great, and Greater Tom getting in on the throwing task was unexpected but wonderfully hilarious 😂 I will miss this cast so much!
I see this task taking a dark turn IRL as Lesser Tom is recognized on the street and has people constantly yelling out “HEY FUN BOY!” as they throw things at him.
This cast is absolutely perfect I will miss them so much - love to everyone! This series is absolute amazing with so many good tasks as well: accuse goose, fill hot chips, write jingles, cool chess, surprise appearance, guy with ladder, conspiracy theory, find Tom via text, don’t do it, minivan in sock, home video, different side of self, hey fun boy, this movie, the list goes on and on and on!!!
One of the all time great episodes in what has been an incredible series. Other taskmasters could learn a lot from the creativity of this production staff and the cast alike.
I just thought of a wonderful task. "Create a minute long montage of the most memorible moments of your experience in taskmaster." Or something along those lines. The catch: Its the first task they do upon arriving at the location.
Bast i Test (TM Sweden) did that task a few seasons ago! They had to create an opening title sequence for the episode with highlights of tasks they hadn't actually done.
Fantastic Taskmaster series! Love the creative tasks, the contestants and Tom and Lesser Tom's banter, and when Tom cashman starts smirking during some of the tasks! Can't wait for the next series!
I've been skipping around TM UK, NZ, and AU ,repeats, new broadcasts, and the podcast so much, I genuinely thought this series had concluded! What a delightful surprise, and what a finish!!

Unfortunately I had spoiled myself on the winner after watching episode 8, and I think I had heard something about the first-ever occurrence at the end, but I'm very satisfied - this was such a good cast overall and the tasks were pretty great across the board. Spoiler: Lloyd totally deserved this after the heavily one-sided pub quiz task in the previous episode. Also amazingly in both series of TMAU the winner didn't go into the final episode with the lead, which has only been done once in the UK in 17 series.
This is definitely one of the best series of taskmaster, I love the contestants they’re amazing. It’s funny because just a few months ago I was wondering where Lloyd Langford (Rhod Gilbert’s old roommate) was, thinking he would be a great contestant for taskmaster, and then he pops up on taskmaster Australia… with his girlfriend, and I’ve been excited about it all series. I find it hilarious how some of the tasks are centered around Lloyd, what a ingenious idea that was. He obviously knows Greg Davies, because he was Rhod Gilbert’s roommate, and Rhod is one of Greg’s best friends, so it’s just that much funnier. And, how Anne kept the secrets from him during filming, she is awesome, I love her and her adorable smile ❤

Anne Edmunds is so effortlessly funny. What a wonderful comedic mind. The decision to just appropo of nothing, nothing to do with the task, hang out in the green room and goof around with her makeup? So spontaneously fun and clever. You couldn't have made a more entertaining choice if someone had spent all day coming up with it. And in the panel bits she has the funniest comebacks and one liners on the tip of her tongue like it's nothing. Like S-Tier comedy just falls out of her. And she's so warm and likeable about it too- never punching down, just good wholesome goofs. There's never been a contestant like her in all of the TM extended universe. What a gem.

I thought the same, I had a bad habit of writing my 1s like 2s when I was a kid, and then 7s because I refused to write them as just a straight line.
