@@leavemyrightsalone no, nobody uses fairy liquid that actually cares about their car, and knows about washing cars. Just by car shampoo. You can get it for less than a fiver in any supermarket.
Apparently Internet says possible 5% Sodium Chloride. The chloride bit, which may not be the same as road salt (internet cannot confirm this part reliably)

The wax’d I used doesn’t have a cue time, so not really. But this could be something I could test in the future !
So what kind of protection are you using currently? Ceramic or wax?

I've used it before knowing better, it did a great job cleaning but i think that's where the positives stop...
People have used fairy up liquid on their pride and joy for years, with no problems.

U dont need wax when using fairy it cleans the car end off
