Nancy, I like the good job you are doing, but would you also be saying how much is the service charge fees per month after you purchase the home for each property. This provides clarity to the buyer before purchasing. There is no need for someone to purchase and own a home just to end up paying like ksh 20,000 for service fee per month. What properties are without service fees. I would like to see properties that once you buy you don’t owe anyone in service fees.
When she says they have stock in the affordable housing space, I see a problem. The lower middle class, which are mostly the target population, are not moving into those units because they feel they are for people with much lower income. So gvt will have to rethink this "affordable housing" plan.
Some of the property I see here isn't priced very badly. The problem is the high monthly service charge in excess of 20,000. I think that's a ripoff.

20k is on high end but to maintain the property especially like Apartment is good to have this services provided or else it will be another slum.
