The outside looks ok..but the inside under delivers...for 11m. The cabinet under the staircase is alittle displaced...and the flooring is not modern...
Spent major time on ads and less on precast.....and few kenyans afford 11m houses
Beautiful building well-thought and plan everything are in the right place.
27 minutes of video supposedly discussing precast technology, but you spend the first 17 minutes in ads!

In 2011, polystyrene-based prefabs were in use. Looked into it but the cost savings were not anywhere near the 30% promised. Worse still, there are barely any fundis trained in the technology. NHC and HF made huge promises but often glossed over these important details. The only promise left is that it is faster.

Ksh. 11 Million for such distasteful finishes? No thanks. The tiles, gypsum design, cabinets, doors, wall paint, need i say more? Thoughtful lights on the stair risers but wrong execution, blue LEDs' mixed with earth colors is the worst combination, plus the brightness will blind anyone going up those stairs. The structure looks nice but everything else takes away all the good points. consult an interior architect to help with the finishes next time, if you did so have him pay you your money plus compensation for misleading you.
11M for such is too much
Am not designer , architect nor builder but just a spectator but the interior materials is too fake to believe . 11m seems a cone to me personally , just waste it . The house looks good in the exterior but finish work NO.
Exactly, 5m is already too much for it. But 11m is over exaggerated
You could just have put a warning.... The substance will be provided 10 days later. So much boring adverts

The voice over person is soo boring abd they are soo slow to show cast this property like haloo we need the good unique features and an over view.

The narrator has no knowledge of construction technical terms whatsoever,...……..this needs a person who has been in the construction industry...….eg are the wardrobes made from MDF etc these are some points buyers look out for, are the bathroom mixers 4way or 5way...….etc.
Now with this information and technology, use your brain to modify and add a customized look. Stop criticising for f's sake.
