For filling
Coconut. 1each
Palm Jaggery 150 gms
Sugarcane Jaggery 50 gms
For Batter
Flour all purpose. 1 and half cup
Egg whole. 1 each
Salt. To taste
Water. 2 cups

Just a small comment: When you roll the first round, you roll both the sides first and then finally roll the full pancake.
