Beef Croquettes
Ingredients
Beef Mince. 250gms
Onions. 2 each
Tomato. 1 each
Potato. 1 each
Green chillies. 2 each
Vinegar. 1 tbsp
Sugar. 1 tsp
Black peppers. 8 each
Cloves. 6 each
Cinnamon. half inch
Cumin seeds. half tsp
Turmeric powder. half tsp
Ginger. 1 Inch
Garlic. 10 Cloves
Eggwhole. 1 each
Semolina. to coat
Cilantro chopped. 1cup
Bread crumb. 1/2 cup

Hi Pinto, you are too good. 😋👍Thanks! This is a very tasty Goan Beef Croquette recipe that was 'taught' to me in high school days by my parents. Exactly the same, but I used a dash of cumin, cinnamon and clove powders as shortcut. I also used 2 slices of bread (drenched). Long Live! If it was a little soft, I added the breadcrumbs just the way you do it. Perfect!!👌

It's all because of moisture, When you cook the mince see that the mixture is totally dried . When you add the bread crumb keep it in the fridge so that there is no moisture left and also when you make the shapes out see that they are tight 😊
