Incredible Jurassic Coast Fossil Find !

Here we have one incredible fossil hunting find i made along the Jurassic Coast( in 2019.)This fossil specimen is really well preserved.You really need to know what you are looking for when you're out fossil hunting . I recommend wearing safety glasses and sturdy rubber gloves when hammering the right rocks. Remember the cliffs are dangerous and liable to fall suddenly and without warning. Keep away from the dangerous cliffs, the best fossils are washed out onto the beaches at low tide, by the sea's actions. Look out for the slippery seaweed on the ledges and rocks. Keep away from the dangerous cliffs that are liable to fall suddenly and without warning. Here is a standard reply I send with more info . Is this animal looks like the millipedes which we can see it todays..black warm with thousands of feet and it can coil it self.

It’s a fossil ammonite specimen from a “ green ammonite “ nodule. We find them washed out at low tide along the Jurassic Coast. I do have a fossil video with millipedes in as well in short form .
