I have a steel building I do twice a year that is 100,000 square ft. I downstream it with a shooter tip. It's running about 2 percent and cleans like a champ. Half of the building is a recycling plant with the waste conveyors coming through the wall onto piles, I add heavy duty dawn around those for all of the nastiness. The other half is a shipping business, way easy. I run 1percent for houses around here, and 3-5 for roofs. Keep the videos coming. Great content as always.

just getting started. been going about 3 months. even though i’m 100% on closing rates avg 125/hr so far i’ve been a little discouraged on a few jobs. either they wouldn’t come clean with one treatment or i miss calculated and had to get more bleach or something tears up on every single job. sheww it’s challenging for sure but it’s rewarding. i like that comment “education my cost a little”. makes me take a deep breath. thanks for your content.

I’m sure you’re applying with the softwash and rinsing with the pressure washer. I found I use less sh than downsteaming through the pressure washer. Not wasting the product in the line when it’s time to rinse. I never just sat there blowing out my line on the foundation; I always tried to reapply to the gutters or other sections before clean water but I really like having the 2 hoses out! So nice to just grab the soap hose and hit it with soap or grab the rinse and know it’s just water.

It's almost like people asking how much is it going to cost to clean my 1500 square foot house? I'm like well how dirty is it? How much plant life around it?Is it off side of mountain? Im in the mountains lol. Any decks? Two story? Lots of variables in it.
Most I have used so far is around 45 gallons on a site but that was 3k feet of fence and a 2500 square foot two story house. If your patient and let it sit with good surfactant it usually continues to work. I'm guilty at times of being inpatient and hitting it again. Sometimes you have too. No two jobs alike. Great advice Scott. Keep up the good work.

Hi. Yes, understand that there are a number of variables including state of area to be cleaned and concentration of bleach. I've got bleach which is 10% chlorine and I've seen elsewhere that I should start with a 1:5 dilution bleach:water to clean around a pool where some areas are starting to get blackened. I have already cleaned off the worst with a karcher and I have tested a small area with just the bleach (no dilution). The undiluted bleach is 100% effective but I'm wondering how dilute I can go without losing effectiveness. I know there's going to be a bit of trial and error but I'm wondering if you can give me any further pointers? Thanks in advance!

The type that are usually permanently fastened over windows or doorways that have a metal framework underneath. I have seen several commercial buildings in my area that need to be soft washed but I have been reluctant because they also have awnings. I am new to the biz and dont need to be replacing the canvas covers, because I burned them! Thanks

What’s up Scott. Just got into Softwashing and bought a mini skid from Coty. Did my first job on my own house this weekend and hit it with a 4.5% and it didn’t come clean. Still left in some areas a brownish stain on the roof from where the SH made contact with the organics. Should I hit it with a higher concentration? Also should I rinse it afterwards to keep some of the run off from leaving stains like it did on the first pass?

@@ScottCleansIt Hey man. I'm new at all this and I truly appreciate all your videos and knowledge.
What brand and % SH do you use at that $3.40 per gallon price. 12.5%?
I know this question will be based on how much work you have throughout the week but based on an average week how much bleach do you say you put in the tank at the starting of the work week?
Questions are based on the Southeast setup with 100 gallon water tank, the 100 gallon SH tank and 16 gallon soap tank.
Do you keep the soap tank full or just add as needed?
Sorry to sound so dumb but like I said I'm a newbie at this. Haha.
