Great video but you missed the 87 Tigers beating the Jays on the final day Of the season, the Pistons 89 and 90 championships, Barry rushing for 2000 yards.
A big Red Wings one you missed was Steve Yzerman's game 7 OT goal vs St. Louis in 1995. One of the biggest moments in Red Wings history. Awesome video though! I love my Detroit sports
Was just going to say that too! How could he possible not inlcude the Bad Boys? Another great one was when the Wings beat the defending champ Avs 7-0 in game 7 of the confernce final and knocked Patrick Roy out of the game. Also should have started this one year earlier and got the Panthers winning the USFL Championship, the ONLY Pro Football Championship Detroit has had in 60 plus years.
I can think of more thing to put in this video. Like when the Red Wings scored 6 to take Patrick Roy out of the game. Darren Helm's goal in 2009 to go to the finals again. Red wing's 23 win in a row at Joe Louis Arena. Justin Verlander's 2nd no-hitter. Cecil Fielder's 51st Home run in 1990.
Please redo the video, 1989, 1990 Pistons, Yzerman's Double OT winner vs St. Louis, Osgood v Roy, Barry Sanders over 2000 yards, Barry Sanders touchdown in playoff win vs Dallas, McCarty's game 4 goal, Miggy's Triple Crown...and find a way to get MSU and UM stuff in here too...so much more to include on this...
I'm bummed that you didn't include clips from the former Detroit Shock of the WNBA during their championship seasons. That 2003 WNBA season was a cinderella season; from worst to first to a championship. I got into the WNBA because of the former Shock. Their 2003 turnaround is one of a kind in North American professional sports. Piston legend Bill Laimbeer coached them in the 2003, 2006 and 2008 title years.
So true, the Shock were the Bad Girls of the WNBA like the Pistons were the Bad Boys of the NBA. The shock really took on the basketball personality of their coach, they were great, loved watching them, especially the fight with the LA ball club.
@@johnkowalchuk4586 I'm not being a wise guy. It's sad you think I'm joking. I want to include a women's basketball team that was in Detroit and coached by Piston Bad Boy Bill Laimbeer during their championships.
You missed the Pistons beating the Celtics to get ot the Finals and the Pistons first NBA title. The '87 Tigers division clinching game against the Blue Jays on the last day of the season

HOW DARE YOU! You show the greatest moments in Detroit sports history since 1984....and not ONE Barry Sanders clip?!?!?! You don't think the Detroit Lions having their ONLY PLAYOFF GAME VICTORY IN 60 YEARS doesn't qualify?!?!?! How many Detroit sports figures had a gigantic PORTRAIT painted on the side of a large building?!?!?! Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!

SydChap05 Correction, that was in 1996
SydChap05 the blue line Slapshot vs St. Louis!!!
Epic!!!
Stevie doesn't score that goal, and the Blues win, maybe that team gets broken up, and no Cup years. We'll never know.
You could of added some clips of Barry or Vinnie's winner, but that's ok. You got a lot of great ones. Thanks for the chills!!!!!
I'm a boston guy thru and thru but this shit is awesome...
Fantastic compilation! Thanks!
90s Pistons, Barry’s 2000 yard season and Calvin Johnson’s season record and yards in a game fecord
that was the best and my favorite video
good vid but you are missing the bad boys back to back nba chapionchips in the 90s
Yea I realized that after watching the ESPN 30 for 30 on them lol
tigersfan45700 you needed an ESPN 30 for 30 to remember The Bad Boys?
and Barry Sanders
Was just going to say that too! How could he possible not inlcude the Bad Boys?

great vid. Definately a thumbs up
This is my opinion. you should add Lidstrom's center ice goal in 2002 because Detroit was down 2-0 in that series and that goal helped them a lot
Good memory! That goal was a turning point in the Wngs 02 Stanley Cup Run!

tigers winning AL in 2012?
What about the 2002 Stanley Cup Champion Red Wings when they had Hasek, Hull, and Robitaille?
Great video montage, however, you left out the 1989 Detroit Pistons, 1990 Detroit Pistons, and the 2002 Detroit Red Wings
1991 Lions too against Dallas in playoffs.
Great Detroit Sports moments since 1984, and not even One Barry moment?!?!?!?
Barry Sanders rushing for 2000 yards
Where were the Bad Boys?
Red wings vs Carolina for the cup Barrry 2000 yards bad boys back to back Justin's 2nd no hitter
I must say I expected nothing to do with Matt Millen to be included here..
I'm not a basketball fan in any way, shape or form.... but didn't the Pistons win back-to-back finals in 89 & 90?
Where is Billups 3 pointer against New Jersey,Verlander 2nd no hitter,.
god bless dan dickerson
No Bad Boy Piston stuff? WTF?
NO BAD BOYS WTF
Gibson's HR was a 3 run homer, not a 2 run homer as you fonted it.

Just like Barry Sanders, Calvin Johnson deserved a better team
Forgot about Robert fick
Damnit Roy go help Lemieux fend off McCarty! Foote has Shanny tied up, so save Lemieux!
#ShanahanEndedLemieuxsCareer
Kirk Gibson's TWO run homer? Hm. Between that and the glaring omissions, perhaps this video needs a re-do. No shame in that.
Anyone else want to call Vegas hockeytown? Stupid ESPN.
