Bryce, I only just discovered your channel 2 - 3 months ago, and in all of the videos I've watched, I have never seen you at a loss for words, but when he told you how he did the roof/ceiling you were almost speechless. It was so ingenious how he managed it. As you said, this man's home really is 'magical'. I love "Hobbit" homes and this home is by far my favorite one so far. It's truly wonderful to see the passion you have for these tiny homes and for what you do. Please keep up the great work. A most wonderful day to you.
This man is enlightened, obviously of genius intellect. The design of the ceiling, in particular, and the entire approach of putting in beams, filling it with sand, laying the ceiling then clearing away the sand is delightful and ingenious. I would do the ceiling in terrazzo tiles!

Dereka Heath a natural life style. usually a natural life style goes hand in hand with off grid living. maybe you have a natural life style already i couldn't tell by your profile pic. But I was asking because I have tried to get some of my family interested in off grid living but they do not have natural life styles yet. Understanding how composting works, septic systems, grey water, black water, general waste management etc I worry about the effect unnatural habits would have in an off grid situation, for instance, hair chemicals, chemical cleaners, toiletries, can be disastrous in those types of systems. On grid those types of things are not handled sustainably and are usually moved out of sight so people don't concern themselves with the effect they have on the environment (let alone themselves). But off grid in your own closed system where you are responsible for all of your own needs and systems, the effects are instantly noticeable. When thinking about inviting friends and family with unnatural lifestyles I had to consider if they'd be willing to make the change to completely natural living in order to even be compatible with off grinding.
Huni Buni Saying is one thing and actually living like that is another. I am under the understanding that, once upon a time, we here in America and all over the globe lived without telephones, lights and other electronics and etc. But people are still living. It all goes with prioritizing, what are the basic needs that we need in order to survive. We need food, water, and shelter and each other, that is it. im not currently living off grid. However, i am from and right down here now in East Texas where there are miles upon miles of trees and vegetation. I have family members who are INDIGENOUS, to off grid living, they still catch their food, draw water from a well, cook outside, matter of fact, they only go in the house to sleep other than that, they are outside ALL day long, still living in log cabins, they dont need perms, they are black and native indian folks with bone straight hair, what perm? they make their own soaps, shampoos, candles, makeup. i have a cousin who is 81, never has been sick a day in her life and still works, she was raised by shamans and they taught her natural medicines and magics. though i was raised by dignitaries we do have, what we call here in East Texas- "folks from the sticks" in my family who CHOOSE that lifestyle. they live in ramshackled shacks, but those that dont know them, know that the shacks they live in are on 18- several 100 acres of their own land that they get oil and mineral rights and they have over $1 million in their bank accounts or $125k buried under their living room floors under a coffee table held up by milk crates or bricks and a piece of ply wood. That's right, that is my family. i dont care how people think about me, i know what type of family and people i come from.
Dereka Heath You are lucky to have such well connected people around you, by that I mean connected to the earth. No one needs perm regardless of their hair texture. & so called black people are indigenous but this is off topic for the place we are talking. I'd love to talk to you more outside of here if you'd like.
The presence that the man carries is inspiring. I love his comment about electricity. The place he built here is just astounding, so inspiring! Thanks for sharing

I've seen this before on here and I'm so glad I found it again by fluke as I'd no idea what to search for it under. A truly phenomenal home with incredible unusual design throughout. Still using a cooking range from 1880 is superb 😍

The Pioneers of the American West built sod houses from blocks of prairie cut out with square shovels. They would stack the chunks, grass roots and all, like bricks to make walls. Tree branches and saplings covered in sod and/or thatch was generally used for roofing where lumber was unavailable. They'd dig into hillside and just have to make one wall and one roof. Where it was flat, They do a "dug-out", Digging down into the prairie gave them protection from the elements. Sometimes they'd back a wagon down into the dug out pit because it was cooler. Place some brush branches on to top for day shade. 20 degrees cooler than the surrounding surface. CAVEAT: Rattlers (that's Western Diamond Back Rattle Snakes in city-speak) seem to like coolness on really hot days also.
What a view! Bathtub overlooking the swamp thats twenty feet away and outhouse thats ten feet away.. next door to the animal barn and yard full of heaping piles of crap. Gorgeous.
Wow Bryce. It's incredible. I mean this kind of lifestyle comes with its challenges. But I suppose it's a lot easier to connect with nature and put your mind to rest in an environment like that. But this does seem like an entire chunk of history has been preserved in the form of this dwelling. It has that effect. You're right. It is magical.
One of my fav tiny homes....no stairs.....lots of space, outdoor wet area, seating area overlooking a Monet style garden, pond etc.....divine! And hey if it was me I would install some solar panels somewhere for indoor power because I'm allergic to candle wax and kerosine smells.
Wow, I would love to live in a place like this, absolutely stunning, extremely talented man and has kept it looking like its a natural place made by Mother Nature 🤗
Holy WOW! This just may be our FAVOURITE tiny home tour! All of the natural elements to create such a gorgeous home. We LOVED how he said there are no plastics or artificial things in the home. That was wonderful to hear. So crazy how they poured cement over a pile of sand and dug out the sand! LOVED that! Love all the little details. So in awe of this beautiful space. I could go on for hours. Thanks for taking us with you Bryce! It was really cool to see how much you loved the home too! :) - Erin + Brian too

What a beautiful place if the whole world lived like that it' be a better place. No money no debt love thy neighbor as you would love yourself. If you need something and I have it you have it and if I need something and you have it I have it if the world was like that it'd be a beautiful world.

I've seen this before on here and I'm so glad I found it again by fluke as I'd no idea what to search for it under. A truly phenomenal home with incredible unusual design throughout. Still using a cooking range from 1880 is superb 😍

"no square edges"
-_he said standing in front of a square pillar_
It reminds me of The Flintstones house!
How unique is this , I love it!
So true Ima
@@tandiparent1949 if only they bothered to ask the natives how to intergrate....
Wow the location was fantastic and the house itself is gorgeous.
There's something so extraordinarily human about this. Something that brings us closer to what we are as a species
PURE labor of love and man does it ever show...everywhere. Breathtaking.
Wow! I thought our log home was cool but this is so cool. That fire is amazing. Amazing bathroom.amazing creation. Well done.
Hello Tanya
What a view! Bathtub overlooking the swamp thats twenty feet away and outhouse thats ten feet away.. next door to the animal barn and yard full of heaping piles of crap. Gorgeous.
This is so interesting to see how creative people can be. 😆
The "music" is distressingly intrusive .
Hello
A dream made real. Thank you for sharing.
One of my fav tiny homes....no stairs.....lots of space, outdoor wet area, seating area overlooking a Monet style garden, pond etc.....divine! And hey if it was me I would install some solar panels somewhere for indoor power because I'm allergic to candle wax and kerosine smells.
The Stonework, timberwork and Detail is stunning and out of the ordinary....world,... Its humbling watching you sit there...! Exquisite 🗿✨
This is the best Hobbit type dwelling I have seen. Some people really have the ingenuity to get the results they are looking for. Love it!
:) - Erin + Brian too
amazing what the mind and body can do ...incredible.... great job to the owner ..nice share LBIATH..
+Ray Salesa Thanks Ray! :)
I am delighted that something like this exists. Absolutely beautiful.
Well done mate! Congratulations. A wonderful house actually created by a humble man who values the nature and environment. If one day I visit NewZealand, I would like to meet you and give you a big congratulations hug.
@Jamey Craig it's NZ, they said it in the video
Guys, HERE is The ORIGINAL Semitic Text, it PROVES jesus is a LIE
YaH The Heavenly FATHER was Who they Crucified for our sins and “HERE IS THE PROOF”
From the Ancient Semitic Scroll:
"Yad He Vav He" is what Moses wrote, when Moses asked YaH His Name (Exodus 3)
Ancient Semitic Direct Translation
Yad - "Behold The Hand"
He - "Behold the Breath"
Vav - "Behold The NAIL"
I could live the rest of my days there and be superbly happy!
Wow, what a wonderful space. It looks very tranquil. I love the smell of stone and wood!
Hello Vickie
This is one of the most awesome spaces (among the many wonderful spaces) that I have seen. I agree it feels totally organic, and very "right" in a way that many constructions simply do not...no matter how beautiful and clever they may otherwise be.
Goodness me, it's absolutely perfect. A magnificent and incredible dream brought into the physical. So glad I saw this. yes, Bryce I agree with LD ODOM - you are a great interviewer.
