I have a question I’m doing lead came window, can i still use tin came for the frame?
I've never used tin came so I wouldn't like to advice. I would say trust your instincts. If it feels like it would work, it probably will.

I look everywhere: hardware stores, supermarkets, online, pound shops, corner shops....always on the look out.

This is an architectural panel so it doesn't have a frame. The perimeter is lead.
