Tip for Raven Islehoppers: Go to one of the islands where Amethyst Islehoppers spawn. If you catch an islehopper during the day, it's guaranteed to be a Raven Islehopper. 5:25

I had completely forgotten you can fish for Ashen Keys.
Fishing for Plunder at Tribute Peak is the most tedious thing I have ever done in SoT. Only do it after you finished the Islehopper, Pondies & Splashtails. Still glad that Rare haven't fixed the Glitch. It could actually make for a Hunter's Call Voyge, where they're like "Oh no, the Dark Bretheren litered these ponds with trash!". Then you get borded, but all you have are Old Boots and moldy hats.
Yeah, extra plunder on Community day would also be nice. Grab some grogs whenever you grind it. 🏴☠️👍🏼
Keep in mind, the Sea Dog Tavern is not the only place to get the twilight stormfish. There is a sort of buffer zone in between each region, where none of the regional stormfish (or normal regional fish) can be caught, which includes all 3 major unmarked structures and the Reaper's Hideout. You can simply fish in open sea along the borders of the regions to get them.
I appreciate the tip about the Tribute Peak pond, that will make the commendation much easier.

Reaper's hideout does not work. have fished for storm fish multiple times over there. Best bet is the uncharted Islands.

An extra tip for the rare islehoppers, catch them at the islands that have the night time islehoppers. Since they only spawn at night, if you catch an isle hopper during the day you will know it’s the rare one.

You may have better luck catching Raven Islehopper on the islands where Amethyst Islehoppers appear, when it's daytime, as this reduces the pool of which fish you can catch in that region. When it's daytime the only Islehoppers you can find are Raven Islehoppers (though you still have to contend with Splashtails).
For Pondies, you can use the third chapter in A Pirate's Life and fish in the town canals. There's a bridge next to the auction scene that's a perfect place to fish, having little to no ground obstructions to cock-block your fishing. It may be tempting to get Treacherous Plunder here as well, but proper treasures cannot be transferred between the Pirate's Life portals.

I wish I had, it's also the only fish I still need. It's all about luck with these fish. Your best bet would be to get a fishing Gally together. Good luck!

So are shadows and twilight's the only stormfishes you can catch at n13 and islands like that?
You can catch them anywhere. It is just guaranteed a Shadow during daytime on those locations. Hope this helps!
