🐐 Sacha Farm (ฟาร์มแพะซาชา) - Bang Dim - 0812726028
Welcome to Trang (ตรัง), Thailand, an amazing province in Southern Thailand. I was excited to have a chance to visit Sacha Farm (ฟาร์มแพะซาชา), a goat farm, run by a Pakistani Thai family who has been in Thailand for generations. And even more exciting, they cooking Thai style Pakistani food, and have one numerous Thai culinary awards for their goat curry. We arrived to the farm, and immediately you could feel the friendliness of the family. The food was outstanding!
#PakistaniFood #ThaiFood #Trang #Thailand
Here are the main dishes they cooked at the farm, using their fresh goat meat that they raise:
Goat chili dip (น้ำพริกเนื้อแพะ) - This is the ultimate Thai Pakistani food combination - a chili dip is essential in Southern Thai food and there are dozens of variations. I’ve eaten plenty of types of “nam prik,” but goat nam prik, was a first for me. It was spicy, salty, balanced with a sweetness, and full of mixed goat, tomato puree, and spices. It went incredibly well with fresh hot roti.
Goat curry (แกงแพะ) - We already were lucky enough to get a taste of their amazing goat curry, but they still wanted to make a fresh batch. Their recipe is very much Southern Thai, but with spices and a taste that also resembled Pakistani food - again it was a fusion of Pakistani and Thai food all in one life-changing curry. They used both a fresh herb curry paste - typical of Thai curries - and a powder curry paste - typical of Pakistani curries. And also different from typical Pakistani food, instead of using oil or ghee, they used only coconut milk - and a lot of it - to make the curry rich and thick. The curry was outstanding, nutty, and full of complex flavor - truly a unique dish I had never had, and the taste was spectacular.
Goat biryani (ข้าวหมกแพะ) - Finally they wanted to make Thai Pakistani biryani, and so they first make a pot of the curry paste, then added in boiled boat meat, added the rice to the curry paste mixture, and let it cook, to mingle all the spices. Again, another delicious dish, this biryani was more of the Thai side taste for me - excellent.
We had a great time eating fresh goat meat, award winning - champion goat curry, and learning about their history as a Thai Pakistani family.
Huge thank you to Sacha Farm (ฟาร์มแพะซาชา) for hosting us. To get in touch with Sacha Farm (ฟาร์มแพะซาชา), contact Bang Dim - 0812726028

I'd be happy to. He's doing what he loves to do and he's making amazing money doing it. He plays it smart by living in Thailand because it's cheap which allows him to keep more money for his family and travels. He's on a permanent vacation.
His expression is literally like a kid on Christmas
Thanks Mark for loving Pakistani food, it is awesome!

True Pakistani hospitality.
He looked like the copy of my grandfather.
Remember when he had gone to Karachi and was so in love with the biryani, kebab and kadhai chicken, that he even prepared at his place. This is certainly Pakistani food at hand for him; must be really happy. Love from India as well.
A shout out for that down to earth underrated hero of this video: The Cook 🙏

May I asked, are you in Kuala Lumpur? I'm visiting my cousins in Kuala Lumpur soon. Thank you.
Itu fasih sangat bahasa Thainya. Meanwhile in Malaysia they speak their mothertongue instead their national language
@@randomlokalvideos2750 Everybody from all races in Malaysia can speak in Malay. Even small kids and elderly people. It is the language of communications between the many hundreds of races in Malaysia. However because Malaysia is a liberal country, the people speak their mother tongue among themselves. Love from Pakistan, I have seen lot of love in the family for Pakistan, Main evidence of love is "CUP" with both flags. May Allah bless the family.
It's writiten on his office "The Central Islamic Council of Thailand". And another sign about he received a visit from the Sheikhul Islam (The chief Islam of Thailand) He's not a common guy. He's a guy with some title. Plus we've seen how he treats the community. His farm is not just a farm that provide Halal meat to all over country. He even have the farm as learning center for the public to visit. I'm sure he got the bless.
And sorry if I said something wrong. I'm Thai Buddhist but my home town are the old capital of Thailand with many religions community lived next to each other peacefully for centuries. Can we also appreciate Ying being supportive of Mark? And she's a real beauty too. That is legit couple goals. Mark Weins is a very blessed man 💜🖤🤍
More power Mark and Ying.
Yes we have to give whole credit to Ying without the support of her he can't do all this.
I think Mark would be very wise to devote a series of videos to Ying and let her be the focal point while he runs the camera (if she would like to do that). He's made hundreds of these videos and yet we've seen very little of her, usually a one or two second shot. Why not feature her for a while? It would add diversity to the project.
A.C. Patterson yes it would be lovely to see more of her! But remember we don’t know them personally! What we see is what they choose to show us plus she might not want to focus of the attention! Always remember when seeing people online doesn’t mean we know them personally 😁

Brought back great memories of when you went to Pakistan which in my opinion was your greatest tour. Thailand seems a wonderful place and i suppose it would be with someone like Mark wiens living there!
We heard stories about people settling in Thailand, almost seemed like legendary tales in our childhood.
There is a legend about some families from Swabi who've settled in Thailand, probably third generation now. Were said to be very influential among the mafias.
I wouldn't believe such stories but two guys from two such families studied with us in school.
One was named Eidi Amin and the other was named Qasim.
Qasim was a very good soccer player.
Good ol days.
