Hey there. This wasn't the kind of video I was looking for but I wanted to say that I bet if you're a new player to edh and starting out this precon, I imagine this overview would be extremely helpful. Good job.
Another tip that won me a game with this deck: If you copy your eldrazi conscription and put both on ulalek you suddenly have a voltron one shot 22/25 commander with annihilator 2+2 and trample. Yes it takes 10 mana, but when you really need to take someone out, this will do the trick!
I've been playing this deck wrong! I've been playing it as an aggro deck (because that's basically how I play my upgraded Zhulodok precon) when it's actually a tank deck. Glad I saw this video, it makes a lot more sense now! I'm also going to add a few more Spawn generators. I took most of them out because I thought they were only in there for Azlask as an alternate commander, but I now realise that they're an essential part of building the mana base foundation to win in the late game!
I've upgraded mine with a whole bunch of cards from the colorless Eldrazi precon along with some of the new Eldrazi including Ulamog. Also added in Entomb and Living Death for that surprise 17/17 Ulamog with annihilator 10.
Why not annihilator 20? Run flash enablers like Skittering Cicada or Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter. That way when said Ulamog attacks you flash in an Eldrazi card to copy the annihilator on stack.
Great video thank you! How does the dreadsire protect you from a creature board wipe? If you create a 10/10 won't it still be killed on the stack if someone did farewell or something? Or is it more useful for targeted board wipes? Still learning thanks
Dreadsire is useful to play after a board wipe because of its ability to create a board filled with 10/10 tokens. In other words, it’s just one card that can fill your board with a game ending amount of large creatures and if your opponents lacks removal or another board wipe, it can win you the game, thanks for the comment Mike
Nice video! I couldn't help noticing that you also own the famous 'Ulalek ghost rare'. The quality of the foils with Ulalek has dropped like a stone, I think I'll have to get a full art copy.
@@GSIron Yes and no. Let's say that Ulalek ''fade off'' is a missprint, but since the mistake was on a very large scale, the Ulalek ''ghost'' is the common one (in other words, like yours), whereas the one that should be a normal foil (with the colours right) is rarer. I hope I have explained myself well!
Pretty sure that Hideous Taskmasters ability only triggers when the card gets casted, so Ulalek only gets the cast trigger once because the copy is not being casted. Or am I way off here?
Anyone know what happens when i have a Monstrous Vortex. Cast creature, Trigger Ulalek, will that copy monsteous vortex discover abolity? Which can then trigger itself with a freebcast creature to then trigger ulalek again on the monsteous vortex will the monstrous vortex trigger already on the stack be copied again as the first spell is still resolving at this point? Also wont you only be able to take controll of 2 oponents creature's? The copy isnt cast but ulalek allows you to copy the ability of the cast trigger you just tweaked so you would only get 2 abilities.
Hi, i dont get it how you get 6 creatures from tuskmaster ? (I assume that you need to have 3 opponent and everybodey need to have one creature, right?)
He is assuming 3 opponents and using Ulaleks duplication ability to get 2 taskmasters, each taskmaster steals 3 creatures if all opponents have atleast 2 creatures then he can steal 6.
Yeah slow and steady wins the race with eldrazi. I play mine where I start slow and help my opponents get in in people they are focusing on. Then you come out late game and crush them.

I have had the joy of doing this at least once so far and it was awesome ❤️ 😁

Thanks for the tips, I've been having fun playing with the deck!
Ive been trying to explain how the deck should play and you have covered everything id want to say and more!
THANKS alice
Exactly the kind of content I was looking for. Thanks man!

Great tips!!!! Maybe recomend what cards you would replace from the precon. Thanks for the video!
Wow!!! Thank you so much for this video!!!

Thanks Luca, what is a ghost rare ulalek? Is mine misprinted or something?

Yugioh foiling type*

1. Cast hideous taskmaster, goes to stack
2. Hideous taskmaster cast trigger goes to stack
3. Pay for ulalek's trigger, make copies of:
1 hideous taskmaster, and
1 hideous taskmaster cast trigger
4. Resolve everything
Just stumble across your channel.
Really good video, left a sub! :)

Nice vid 😊
Unfortunately my friends just remove my commander everytime I cast it
We both live the same life lol
It’s a sad life but an honest one nothing like recasting your 5 cost commander for 13 mana hip hip hooray
We need a PETA style commercial to communicate to the world, our struggle with constantly having our Commanders removed
That would be hilarious lol
Waiting for upgrades!
thanks for the tips! Definitely going to use it!
I added a dark depths and turn 4 marat lage’d my buddy with the mutated cultist’s counter removal lol oopsies
It’s so much easier and consistent to play this deck with Azlask at the helm.
3 mana Aslask feels great
I keep losing to flying 😢
Buy the cards spidersilk armor and gravity well. Should help
